I had the worst experience at this Pizza Hut. I ordered online. Took an hour after i arrived to get my order. The wings were cold. I asked the manager on duty for a refund or discount for the bad service and long wait time. The other worker told me someone else took my order. She declined to make the situation better and give me my money back. Will not be visiting this location again!

I normally orders my pizza from here because of not having any issues and the great service and great preparedness of my pizza has been good. But this time on December 8, 2024, I order my pizza through the Doordash sevices as I normally does, and for some reason my Pepperoni Pizza smell and tasted burned. It wasn't burnt by the looks of the pizza but you can smell it as you go to bite it and plus the taste bud of it. Alittle disappointed 😞.

By far the sorriest Pizza Hut I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered online to be delivered only to find out that they wasn’t making deliveries today. Was not mentioned on line about no deliveries. They took my money and kept the food. Tried calling the store 6 times, when I did talk to somebody they said they was transferring me to the manager, ha, ask they did was hang up on me. This place sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just left Pizza Hut I Walmart in the and the manager didn’t even greet me, secondly she was arguing with her son saying how he’s not bringing any more dogs in her house, they discussed personal business for 10 minutes and worker had issues taking my order and he kept on asking her for help and never acknowledged him at all I told him very specifically how I wanted the pizza and again he was having complications. When the pizza came the order was wrong I asked for them to fix it I’d pay the difference since he did not ring it up she no id have to do another order and wait not cool at all and she had a bad attitude

Pizza was half cooked the cheese was barely melted on my pizza my wings were garbage how do you sell someone wing that are supposed to be shaken in sauce but looks like someone squeezed some sauce on a few never again will I order from them

We were one of the many that lost electricity from the storm. The pizza was hot fresh and just the way I ordered it and it was very timely. They said online that it would be ready in 15 minutes. It was ready before that. I was very pleased. Thank you Pizza Hut on Government appreciation guys. my family was able to eat a hot meal because of your speedy service. Thank you again.

Ordered online at 9:30 for takeout, received no indication that my order would not be made. Showed up early, waited a bit and went to the door. It was locked five minutes early, the employee opened the door and told me the last pizza went in at 9:45 and she didn't have one for me. My email receipt is time stamped 9:28...*Edited years later to remove unnecessary language*
