I ordered a personal pan pizza. I waited a good 15 minutes to order. The pizza was deliciois. I really dont have any complaints other than the employees language (?).Kid-friendliness: The employees really need to watch their mouth when ordering I get some people like to let loose but please not while your still serving.

I drive past 3 other pizza huts to get to this place. I do this because it's the best pizza in B.R.! Also the staff, they're respectful & courteous. Yes indeed, It's where I will always b, on the 2nd & last weekend of the month...

Drive past and find another restaurant. I’m saving you time and money! I ordered 5 pizza and was given 4 pizzas and an empty box. Once I went I to return it, she asked was the pizza in my car? Why would a hot pizza be in my car without a box. Then she realized she forgot put a pizza in there, so she did. I wish I would have checked. Once I got to work and opened the boxes two of the Five pizzas were burnt! They refused to acknowledge or rectify the situation. They refused to even give me their name. Utterly dismayed. My student are disappointed because I cannot leave again to go wait and get another one. Shame on them!

Pizza looked like it was thrown together had big bubbles on some parts of the crust I will not be going back to that pizza hut I'll try a different location cause pizza hut is one of my favorite pizza

U professional the young seem to have a attitude I ordered online ..An when I got home one of them was wrong the pizza an cheese bread was burnt ..I call an talk to the manager on duty and she fix the one was wrong ..I sent my daughter back up there she had the nerves to say my manager said she going to fix it this time but next time she not going to fix it they just lost my business ????

Made the mistake of ordering carry out from here for my birthday in the middle of finals week.No place to park my truck.Greeted with "what are you in here for?" by a person sitting and playing on their phone. They gave me the receipt for my order that was already ready and they sat right back down, playing on their phone for at least 5 mins and until I complained. "yeah, Imma get it"

Terrible location, horrible parking, and the employees that are sitting down doing literally nothing will take over 5 minutes to just hand you your order on the shelf when you're the only customer in the store

I made an online order and then called immediately to clarify my order. Upon entering the restaurant it was filthy and stunk so bad, the front door was greasy and full of finger and hand prints. The employees were playing with another girls hair while I waited! I received my order and went to my car with it. I looked at my order and it was not how I requested it to be made. I was already late for work, so I brought the food back in and told them I couldn't eat that. I didn't have time to get a refund. This is a sorry excuse for an eatery
