Best pizza place, saw some bad reviews but no one was rude to me and they went out of their way to make sure my order came out exactly how i asked. They even seasoned my chicken to my personal specifications.

I paid 30 dollars for my pizza and wings. My food should look like I paid 30 dollars. The pizza was burnt wings not cooked throughly. It's like this location doesn't care about their customers!!

Ignores phone calls. I tried to call ahead and order *a little personal cheese pizza* for my three year old. That’s all I needed. Tried to call so that I could just run in when it was ready instead of unloading the kids to order, wait in the lobby, blah blah. I sat on hold for 7 mins, & ended up just unloading everyone & walking in with my phone still ringing, and could clearly see they were just ignoring their phone. There was ONE woman waiting for her pizza, and three workers who didn’t look busy or overwhelmed with orders in the slightest. I asked if they just ignored their phone and the person at the counter said “Yeeah, I guess when we’re busy.”

I gave this place more than a few tries. The boneless wings are consistently fresh(love it). The only dilemma I ever had was the pizzas. I downloaded the app and it gave me the option to add a basil pesto base. They were out of it, I was made aware of on arrival (which I am fine with. The buffalo base is amazing by itself). I used to work a scratch pizza spot, and was excited to see the different base sauce option. No complaints from me on this place, just an exciteful hope we might get some more sauce base options? Either way, I'll be back for the wingzzz

Was suppose to deliver my food ., my prefer showed delivery within 15 mins of my order., called the store they didn’t pick up then got pushed to an automated line to where I finally got in touch with someone about my order. Lastly when my order finally got here he left it on the ground. NO CALL OR RANGE THE DOORBELL TIL HE WAS GONE!! Horrible SERVICE!!

The worst pizza experience I have ever had. Sadly not exaggerating. Usually love papa John pizza but but this location, from the product to the employees is shocking. Got sick the next day. Undercooked abismal tasted horrible absolutely terrible product and the service here is awful. Please be warned this place should not be in business.

I see “cellphone culture” has officially arrived here. I used to actually like this place but the young man who was one of the best employees here apparently doesn’t work here anymore… and let’s say the employees now are HORRIBLE… does this look like what I ordered?? When I arrived to pick up my food and my leg was bandaged from my thigh to my ankle do you think the 2 employees sitting on their phones in the lobby bothered to get up to open the door… NO, after checking out do you think they stilllllll bothered to open the door?? NO, time to find another Pizza Hut because laziness and cellphone culture is here and my money will now be spent elsewhere! Oh and look at this pizza… where are the toppings because I didn’t get extra Italian sausage at all! These workers will cause this business to close… again! ✌🏽✌🏽
