Pizza Hut

Never order from here. Tried, my order went through and they closed 2 hours early.

I ordered the Ultimate Hut through Instacart /Uber Eats. Both pizzas were undercooked and taste like bread dough. Instantly made me vomit and have bubble guts. I will be reporting this location to the department of health about food safety issues.

Placed an online order, 2 pizza, breadsticks, pasta and 2 boxes of wings. There to pick it up 30 min after order place. They gave me the pizza items and told me 5 more minutes on wings. They didn't even drop the wings. Pizza in the car getting cold, 25 minutes later wings still not ready. Ask for a refund, the manager on duty didn't offer an apology for the delay, no reason why it took 50 minutes for some wing. They need better customer service manager. The least the manager could have done was apologize. The worst service ever, now I have to find another pizza hut location that has better service and food ready for pick up on time. 3 employees and couldn't get food on time, what a shame!. I guess I ought to lucky they knew how to poccess a refund. If the manager has better customer service skills this review could have been avoided, but they don't care about good service. Shame on you pizza hut.

Dude. Its edible and thats what matters but if yall could read a ticket and use day of dough vs whatever the hell this is. My crust is rubbery, I asked for the small pepperoni and sweet marinara as well as a ranch cup. My partner a pesto marg. He has no pesto and his pizza is not even close to a marg. We're gonna eat it because well... who orders food if they're not hungry.

And lack of follow through on the end of the driver.
In some way shape or form our order is always incorrect. We tend to just deal with it but at this point I simply dont understand why it appears to be a consistent issue with any form of delivery in this area. . Just why?

Honestly, it is what it is.
Just do better.

I drive past 3 other locations just to come here the service is always great and the food tastes amazing

Not a friendly, not clean environment. No greeting to any of the customers while we waited. They were out of the fire roasted peppers, which I paid extra for on my pizza, and the manager did not want to give me my refund for it. She rudely tossed it in my hand. Pizza was okay but I will not be back due to the customer service.

I actually ordered the delivery, and I love the fact that you can get a box with a mini personal pizza and a side of wings for a great price. It's such a good deal for one person, and even two people could eat this! Also an item you probably didn't know that they have lemon pepper french fries... I do recommend eating them right away because when they've been sitting for a while they're not great, but that's not their fault.

The pizzas ordered well ahead (11:57AM for 4PM) arrived literally AN HOUR late. Worst delay I've ever had with pizza delivery. And without the extra jalapenos that were supposed to be on one of them. They tried to blame it on the Doordash, but it was Doordash that was waiting for it at the restaurant. At least it wasn't completely cold. Also the medium pizzas were rather small for the description. The Pepperoni Lovers pizza was rather sparsely populated with pepperonis, I expected them to be touching each other, but instead it was about 1.5-3 pepperoni slices per pizza slice, for a medium 8-slice pizza. So pretty meh numbers for even an ordinary pepperoni pizza, contrary to the image on the website showing a pizza completely covered in pepperonis. I would have selected a different pizza with more toppings had I known this one would be so disappointing. I'll definitely order the pizza from somewhere else next time, mostly because of unacceptable tardiness.

My two pizzas had no sauce in them, they were so dry. I called the manager, she had a very bad attitude. I told her about the pizza not having any sauce on them. She wanted me to drive back 30 minutes to the location in a rain storm to bring it back. I told her I stayed 30 minutes away, and it was storming outside. She told ne there was nothing she could do. Very rude and unprofessional

Customer service was excellent. Was disappointed with my order. Pizza looked nothing like the advertised presentation, and it had no taste. Definitely wasn't a New York style.

You have to give it atleast a 1 star to even rate I would’ve gave it 0 if I could’ve I placed online order for $40 2 medium pizzas a dessert bread sticks and then I got two orders on the $7 boneless wings first all the pizza bread sticks and cookie were done when I got there the wings weren’t , and then why I made it home the pizza weres so soft and uncooked horrible experience I don’t know how hard it is for you to mess up pizza then when I went in there all the workers were fussing with each other then one of the workers told the manger you know you give out old food in front of the customers horrible experience won’t be going back and I don’t recommend it to anyone dominos would never or papa John’s

These people stole my damn pizza, my food was delivered but there was a pizza missing and I've tried so many times to get someone to answer at the store but I guess no one hears a damn phone ringing! Thanks pizza hut I didn't have enough food to go around.
