I placed an order online. I arrived before the time stated at least 10mins before, so I send my daughter in to go pick up the order. we literally stay like 7-10mins from the airline location to get home & my order looks like it's been sitting in the warmer for some time. There's no reason why my pizza should've been that COLD😡😡

I could have left with out paying for my food and I brought it up to the attention... I would have thought that they would give me a discount for being honest. Well nope that didn't happen.....
If I ordered through the app, my food should be ready by the time the app tell me that the other is ready. On top of that I saw the cashier how long until my food is will be ready...she said there were two orders ahead of me.... So I waited in the building and after 15 minutes I ask about my food again... And now my food was just sitting in the warmer...no one let me know my food was ready and I'm right there looking in their face. I could have been gone.

I ordered a dinner box and a large hand toss chicken pizza. The chicken pizza was the worst pizza ever. The hand toss was like thin crust. I will never order from this location again. After I ordered online and the message said that my order was ready I still had to wait for about 10 minutes but I was not concerned about that because it's Friday and I knew they were busy but once I got home and looked at the pizza I was very disappointed over it.

This is my go-to pizza hut, but last night I was very disappointed 😞 😒 . I will be back this is my only not so good experience with them. They normally are on point about service and food taste. So I will give them a chance to redeem themselves.

I've been a loyal pizza hut fan for a long time. Well on 10/6/24 I ordered some pizza and wings which i paid for. When I realized I messed up one of my pizzas I immediately called pizza hut well they didn't answer and it we to their call center. I spoke with a lady there to correct my mistake. Well she somehow canceled my order and started a new one without me knowing. I went to the store to pick up the order that I paid for the manager said I had to pay again because on his end it was showing unpaid. I showed him the confirmation order and also my bank statement that showed I paid this man argued me down that there was nothing he could do..IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!! I have yet to either get my refund or the food I paid for!!
