I wish i could have given it -5 stars. Service here is absolutely horrendous. I love pizza hut, but this location makes me hate it. Every time i order here its always something wrong with my order, the people working there would rather argue you down than to even try to fix the problem. Just a waste of money.

If you're ordering over 3 items, Go in & order.If some young dude answers the phone "Yeah"...Go in & order.Guaranteed yo ish will be Ef'd up if you don't go in and draw a picture of your order. However, the lady was very nice to me, but disappointed about the delinquent messing up my order as well as myself. Now I gotta wait for a do-over. Always the hood bra.

I requested that my pizza be cut into squares bc of smaller kids however upon picking up the order I opened the box to see if my request was honored and was told that they don’t cut into squares… but why not? If I had placed an order for a Big Box would the pizza be slices instead? Nonetheless my order included 8 large pizzas but only received 6 in turn I immediately requested a refund at the counter and was met with criticism about my online request! This location is known for making mistakes and not being accountable. On the app or online it won’t allow you to place an order without a phone number so why is the communication between the customer and the restaurant not being used?

Didnt want to leave any stars Because my breadsticks were burned and my pizza was supposed to a Large but they sent a medium. Fries were like a small for a $3.19, McDonald's gives more than that.

The worst place to go.i placed a order at this location the workers were making pizza’s with no gloves on .. they were just digging their hands in the toppings and touching everything around them.. just nasty I questioned why they don’t where gloves the manager stated that they policy is they don’t have to wear gloves

I ordered 2 medium pizzas online and paid for them online my wait time said 15 mins i was on my way to pick up my pizzas only to get a call and they say we out of all medium crust pizza so we have to cancel your order didn't try to replace it with a large are any think that was so unprofessional then i have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back ????

My wings work undercooked and over sauce and look more like chicken nuggets than boneless wings and my pizza was overcooked!! I recommend that everyone stays away from the Pizza Hut located off of airline in the 70805 area code!!!
