On Friday, Jan 31, 2025, I ordered twelve pizzas for my grandbaby's birthday party. I received a call after ordering the pizza stating they do not have 12 pans. I asked Tyeisha three times how many pans they did have and her answer all three times were "we don't have 12 pans." I then asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager was not there and to "call back on Saturday a.m. at 12:00." The reason I asked for the number of pans is because I would have request that amount in pan crust and the rest hand tossed. My total came up to $106.08. I politely took my money to the Pizza Hut on Airline Hwy where I was greeted with poise and humbleness. The shift manager at the Airline store told me a manager has to be on duty always to close the store. I then called back and advised Tyeisha I was at a different PH and informed her she lied to me about no manager being present. Tyeisha then stated she was the manager (which I assume was a lie as well because she was the person who advised me no manager was there). I will never order anything from the O'Neal store again. I assume this is why they have a 1.9 star rating.

Food had hair all in it. Called, but they had an attitude and we could hear them in the back, say, “leave them on hold.” Went to the store and they were no help. Manager refused to come out from the back and the employees up front were about to fight.

I’m a fan of Pizza Hut but honestly this has been the worst pizza I’ve had. Everything was half done. The bones in the wings were broken/crushed. There was barely any cheese on the cheese sticks. The pizza was cold and again barely any cheese. One of the ranches that were placed in the bag was open. The only decent thing was the cinnamon sticks. Waste of $50! Friendly service though!

My pizza was so dry they completely MISSED the sauce as usual. Even the toppings were dry little to no cheese. If I could have threw it back in tht store I would have!
Ordered this meal as a last minute option. Pizza tends to have a lot of grease but has a good enough dough and marinara to where I can deal with the pizza.

Food was disgusting. No sauce on the pizza and crust was hard and dry. Refund requested through bank since no one wanted to come and pick the brick pies back up to return them to the store.

Bad bad had about 10 pieces of meat on the hold large pizza. And 12 wings. 45 dollars for nothing. Racetrac gives 32 on each pizza. Pizza hut is a waste of money. TRASH.
