We love Pizza Hut, but don’t make the mistake of ordering during their “late night” hours, especially if it’s door dash….….. the PH employees won’t bother to add ANY of the toppings you requested on all 4 of your personal pizzas. They’ll just stick you with the laziest cheese pizzas they can throw together, without you realizing, just to get you out the door or to get your order out of their way. Whoever took our order tonight and decided to waste our money, and ignore any and all details of our actual order, and just force us to suck it up as if we spend our money on this specific place to basically be treated like “you get what you get, and you don’t throw a fit….we ignore you when you call to address the mistake”…….. BUT THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOU for the many missing toppings they don’t care to add. Disappointed is an understatement…. but the simple facts are, we can and WILL live without Pizza Hut, because let’s face it….. it’s pizza. There’s plenty of places that actually value their work and the products they exchange for people’s honest, hard earned money. Pizza Hut on Siegen Lane…. Don’t waste your time or your money.

We ordered a thin crust veggie pizza with white sauce. When my husband got home we found a thin crust veggie pizza with no sauce and no cheese.The pizza was horrible.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is the second time I did not receive my online order. I’m just done with this location. The manager gave me the same excuse as last time by blaming it on a “new driver” Bc they cannot keep anyone. I wonder why! I have waited for over an hour and still have not received my order. I live approximately 5 minutes away from this location. I demanded a refund and the manager had the nerve to refuse my refund Bc supposedly the driver delivered my order to someone else. She told me she would call me back to refund my order instead of just refunding me my money right away. This is just such piss poor management. This location deserves less than 1 star! I will not be ordering from them any longer.
