We ordered a thin crust veggie pizza with white sauce. When my husband got home we found a thin crust veggie pizza with no sauce and no cheese.The pizza was horrible.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is the second time I did not receive my online order. I’m just done with this location. The manager gave me the same excuse as last time by blaming it on a “new driver” Bc they cannot keep anyone. I wonder why! I have waited for over an hour and still have not received my order. I live approximately 5 minutes away from this location. I demanded a refund and the manager had the nerve to refuse my refund Bc supposedly the driver delivered my order to someone else. She told me she would call me back to refund my order instead of just refunding me my money right away. This is just such piss poor management. This location deserves less than 1 star! I will not be ordering from them any longer.

I ordered from this location recently and I did not receive all of my food. I was never reimbursed for the food that I paid for and never got and then the staff was very rude about it and also didn't want to fix their mistake. All I was offered was $5 off of a future order, but I'm sorry- that doesn't really help since I did not even want to order from there again after not receiving all of my food the first time...
I decided I would try to give it a second chance after a little time had past and tried again last night. I figured I would just pay in cash so I could make sure all the food was there first. I received all my food this time- but this time the pizza was not only very overcooked and hard, but hardly had any cheese on it at all... and a large portion didn't even have any toppings on it. The breadsticks were the only thing that tasted okay...
Pizza Hut is generally where I like to order from when I get delivery and I like the specials and options that some other pizza places do not have... So it is pretty disappointing that I can not even order from here, because clearly things are not improving... and not going to by the looks of it.
Don't waste your time or money here. I definitely will not order from this location again.
