Pluckers Wing Bar

We walked in and got seated with no menu or silverware... some other people came in after us and sat down (same amount of people) they brought them everything and had 5 people servicing them and taking their order... after they come to us and we had a girl named sunny. Worst service and experience I've ever had at ANY restaurant in my life. McDonalds is better. I had to keep asking for her and stopping her for everything we needed. Ridiculous!!!!!! I'm normally pretty easy going and let things like this go but this was obnoxious and we were ignored after sitting first. Never will be back to this location again

Pluckers Will Get You Right!

I took a trip to Pluckers today with a colleague for a lunch break review.

My server/waitress, Maddy was fantastic and very polite. There were no issues with her service, and she didn't act like she didn't want to be bothered with us. ?????

The atmosphere was relaxed, and both my table and the restaurant were clean. The music wasn't overpowering, and the interior was well air-conditioned. ?????

The Food: Attached to this review are several photos from my time there. I made sure to get shots of the exterior, interior, food menu, what I ordered, what my colleague ordered, and the price for both orders.

My food was so good. The tots were fresh and golden, and the buffalo bites chicken was nicely tossed; it didn't taste like a dry pile of meat. ?

The lemonade was good as well, served in a huge jar that really hit the spot! ?

I brought my colleague along for another opinion. She had never been to Pluckers before....

"It was so good!!"
"I'm stuffed!!"
"I'm taking a good nap after this!!" ?

I can't lie... I'm a little stuffed myself, and I'm greedy. I was packing a to-go plate while still eating at the same time... A mess.

Though we didn't order anything extravagant, you can see from the pictures that nothing was burnt, soggy, or looked like it was pulled out of a TV dinner box from the far corner of a Walmart freezer.

Very unsatisfied my handicap friend went there waited a hour for some wings while being passed up by the waiter numerous times not being checked on to let him know about the wait nor did she come back with the drink after food was ordered and brought out cold food that look like it was recycled from someone’s plate

Great place to watch an LSU game. Not generally crowded. I find service is generally a little better in the bar area than the dining area.

Parking: Generally, parking is fine, but there are limited spaces.

I cannot speak on service at this place but I strongly recommend you never order doordash from here they give whoever your food without confirmation I ordered twice and didn't receive food at all

For $140 I ordered 3 monster boneless baskets with the assumption it was actually 1.5lbs of chicken per order but in actuality received 4 in each box of the smallest/crappiest tenders I’ve ever seen and was missing part of my appetizer for the “giant” cheese blocks! But at LEAST the other appetizer for my kids were correct. I spent all that money with $20 tip to my driver because I live across the river only to be met with utter disappointment from this establishment. Keep my money, you’ll never get it again.

The only thing I can pin point that was unacceptable was the bacon on The Bypass Burger I ordered was very blackened and burnt. The burger was cooked well and made well though. Also it was a little uncomfortable feeling watched or stared at by certain members of the staff while I was trying to enjoy my meal. I just wanted to relax eat and watch the game. I definitely can & will eat from here again maybe next time I’ll grab mines to go.

It’s a good wing joint. Jerk wings were super messy and good. Lots of TVs in the bar to watch LSU sports.
