I ordered my takeout online at 6:07pm (said it would be ready at 6:35pm). I left the store at 7:35pm with STILL no food. I stood there an hour & the ticket was an hour & a half old.When I went to go ask for my refund, I was told the Manager couldn't do it & the only person who knew how was the Owner (who was not there). They told me to leave some personal information & the Owner would take care of it.I stood next to a couple who stood there for most of my time as well & they couldn't get a table because (they were told) that location was understaffed. They had FOUR people working the hostess stand, the guy couldn't get the bartender's attention because she was behind & lots of empty tables in the dining room.Imagine understaffing the night of LSU's Elite 8 game.Put simply: I won't go back.

We drive all the way from Covington (an hour+ away) to eat at pluckers bc it’s been my husbands favorite wing place for forever. Today we went for his birthday lunch. We had our three kids with us, ages 5, 2, and 4 months. We sat down at the table and looked at each other like “is it just me or are these tvs loud?” We were both like omg no they are crazy loud. We were yelling at each other over the tvs and it was kind of disorienting but we weren’t sure if it was weird to say something to the waitress. But it’s decided to just ask if this was the normal volume bc we just visited another location across town recently and it wasn’t loud like this at all. The waitress was so apologetic. She said as of a few weeks ago the owner insists that the tvs be cranked up this loud despite tons of feedback from the customers saying it’s so loud they can’t even talk to each other. She said they’ve had a ton of complaints and had customers leave and still the owner said he doesn’t care. A share this just to warn you that it’s a strange experimence and very disorienting bc it’s insanely loud tvs all playing different games. We would have left but our kids were so hungry. I felt bad for my infant bc it was really too loud for her. I brought her to our car while we waited for the food to come. Disappointing experience to say the least.

Well, I have to say that today was the worse experience that my wife and I had here at Pluckers. We are regular customers that always come here to eat and we love the food. Today, we sat at the bar as usually whenever we come here and the bartender service was bad today. The bartender gave me a menu and walked away, for like almost 10 minutes, then when the wife came back from the restroom, we still didn't get service, until about 12 mins later. After we had placed our ordered, she came back like 3 mins later letting us know that she is about to leave and a new bartender would be taken her place, so do you want to closed out or transfer with the new bartender? I was asking myself, why would I want to close out early? I might want a beer or something? It was like she wanted her tip right then and there, so I told her that I would do a transfer because I was thinking about getting a beer. Once, I told her that, I can tell her actions and attitude, and she got upset, and once she walked away, she never said anything else to us, and my wife was like.. that's so rude of her for what she did, and even though I said transfer, she could have still come by and asked her if the food came out good? She never did, and when the new bartender came on, I saw the previous bartender tell her that the couple did a transfer to you because I'm about to leave. I didn't even get a refill with my sweet tea, and most of the time, the bartenders are on their A game with that. The bartender was a young black girl with glasses and two nose rings. The wife and I are still going to come back because we love the food. I hope the manager sees this comment and addressed it. We never had a problem here before, but this was the first time we received bad service.Thank you

Chicken was obviously supposed to be good but absolutely covered in gristle. Hostess completely ignored us while working on something else instead of seating us. Every employee seemed miserable. Half the restaurant was completely empty and obviously not being used. Not horrible overall, but for 25$/person it was absolutely not worth it, and I wish I would've went somewhere else. I don't expect this place to be in business 3-5 years from now unless if they decide to care again

Was charged twice(apparently for someone else’s order) and am still waiting for the charge to be voided off my account which is unusable until then. This is highly inconvenient and unprofessional, I asked a manager about how to go about this and he said to wait until the charge clears. Bills, rent, responsibilities, etc. don’t wait for charges to clear.I don’t recommend this establishment to anyone unless they have money to freely waste for nothing in return.
