So overall, I do understand the concept of what they're trying to go for, but we went based on an advertisement night for R&B. Thinking that there would be a DJ present to enhance the vibe. It was actually a pre-recorded dj set from Thanksgiving.

We sat down and ordered one of the drink specials for the lemon drops and it's taste still like gasoline, but it took so long to get it corrected. We just let the drink water down to make it drinkable since we had to pre-pay for our food and drinks before it was brought to us.

We waited almost an hour just to receive food, which is crazy because most of the food is pre-cooked because you cannot specify the temperature of your steak and the advertisement says lamb chops but you have to pay five dollars per chop.

Food was cold service was subpar and while we appreciate the efforts taken to try to make it right I won't be back

Service was subpar. Waitress took forever to give us the check. The food was horrible and expensive for no reason. Don’t get the ribeye…it’s the lowest grade and worst cut of meat ever. Waffle House has a better meat. The drinks were watered down as well! The vibe is nice and concept makes since but definitely needs a revamp on the food and drink! Won’t be going back. One star!!!

This is the best kept secret. I absolutely love Plush!!! I visit at least twice a month. The food and service is amazing!!

My first experience here was for Mother's Day. The food was amazing. The service was terrible. My food came out before the drinks. My second order was wrong and it took forever to come back out. The tip was already included. Which I don't mind. With a 18% tip I need to receive great service. Oh and you have to pay for your food, drinks, and tip before you receive anything. I have never experienced having to pay my bill before I get my food and drinks etc.

The vibe atmosphere is nice but food was horrible . I would only recommend for drinks and hookah only . They had gratuity for 2 people 18% to 20% . Service was meh . Wish ladies would stop wearing lashes every serving peoples food .

i absolutely love this place!!! Since i first heard about it, I make sure everyone ik goes to Plush for a good time. The food, drinks, hookah (if you smoke it), music, service, atmosphere is top notch. I’ve celebrated my last 2 birthdays here and have yet to be disappointed!!

I rate my experience a 6/10. Group of 4 and had to pay 18% gratuity wasn’t expecting that. The waiter could have mentioned the price of the shots when ordering. Don’t get me wrong she was good but I felt like she could have been more detailed about how the SundayBrunch goes. The menu for the brunch was good and affordable but I guess the catch is pay more for shots and gratuity. This was all of our first time at this place. We had to get two plates re cooked due to brunt grease taste and looks.
