The food is excellent the employees are very courteous and willing to actually help you. The Establishment is very clean has a clean restroom as well! I have never had anything that wasn't great and always in and out quickly.

Historically, this has been my go to stop when I’m in town. I routinely go to the location in cedarcrest, however due to time constraints, I came to this location. When you have to lift the bread and toppings for evidence of shrimp, you’ve taken the name too literal. When I asked the young lady was this the correct portion size she even looked dismayed and said “I don’t know, I didn’t fix it”…. Smh

Went to get a shrimp po-boy…they made it with topping I asked not to be on there. Went back to get the correct po-boy I asked for….they re-made it supper quick! Fresh as can be, piping hot! Between the food and the customer service, I see why they have been a Baton Rouge staple for many years.

From out of town and this was recommended by two people that I asked about where to get a good po-boy. Was very impressed. Prices very reasonable on the po-boys were fantastic. Went with a relatively large group (12 people) and everyone was impressed.

Very family oriented place!! They prepare your meals hot and ready to go!! You can call them for pick up orders and they are very friendly. The food is awesome BTW ?? They give you enough to fill you up!!! Been coming here for a year or too the owner is so nice!!:-)
