Stopped by this place for lunch today, I ordered the chicken wing special a popular menu item that this place sells often. The food doesn't really have a flavor but was hot, and fresh, with good sized portions. It was good until it wasn't, when I discovered a long strand of hair in the chicken batter that was only visible after my first bite. I respectfully called to not cause a disturbance in the store and was only offered to have the food made again. I wanted a partial refund and was told I'd get a credit. After explaining to the employee the severity of this issue I was offered a refund of about 30% of what I paid. The problem is the health concern, and hygiene of this establishment. I was worried other items could've easily been contaminated as well. For now I won't be reporting this to the La health department since I will never return here but PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS AND THROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR FOOD BEFORE AND WHILE YOUR EATING FROM THIS PLACE (WOULD NOT RECOMMEND)

Located inside a vintage Taco Bell building. The staff was very friendly. The Philly cheese steak was honestly underwhelming. However, I will go back to try other menu items.

Grilled chicken salad is great. The staff is friendly and treat me like family. I recommend this place to everyone. I haven't had anything I didn't like. Food is always fresh and prepared when you order.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. My 8 year old grand daughter loves to eat here. And the staff is so friendly and engaging with her.

I have been going to this place for many years now so much so that I've watched the owners grow from Itty bitty kids to big kids. The food is always the same Delicious. Their shrimp fried rice is the best that I have ever had anywhere and you get real shrimp. The seafood is excellent and so are the fried chicken wings and my Daughter loves the french fries and the portion size is worth it. We have never been disappointed with the food nor the service that we have received at Poboy USA. I would recommend if you are a first time visitor to this restaurant that you try the shrimp Poboy and get a large order of the shrimp fried rice.
