Updated review. They fixed the menu board and speaker, but every time I come here it's declined further. If you order pickup online, be prepared to wait, show up at the restaurant, and then wait for 10-15 drive thru orders before yours is even brought out. The service here is so bad I've witnessed employees verbally fighting with customers in the drive thru and not giving change when it was due to those ahead of me in line. Just avoid, especially if you're on a schedule.

Chicken not cooked. Not the first time this has happened. I discontinued purchasing chicken from this location for a long time. Decided to give the another try and received chicken that was not cooked all the way. Also, received spicy chicken but did not order spicy. Nasty box of chicken.

Refused to give me the food I ordered or refund me. Got a nasty attitude with both me and my husband and resorted to condescending language and name calling. The "manager", Karen, really lives up to her name. When you order a combo meal and over half of it is missing, including all of the chicken, you would think that the employees would admit their mistake and fix the issue. Instead they said that it's not their problem and they're not going to do anything to fix it, and proceeded to roll their eyes and catch an attitude. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time and money.
