Same as all Popeyes experiences. Same behavior since the 80s. Ordered red beans and rice. No other customers in drive through and one customer inside. When I got to the window I immediately got asked to back up behind the camera then pull back up.
It's a joke how poor Popeyes corporate management is. With their recipe and Canes, Lil Sliders, or Chic-fil-a leadership Popeyes could take over the world. But they have weak leadership so nothing changes except the faces and names.

I ordered at this location on 02/23/25 at 10:55am. It was a mobile order. I drove thru the drive thru and confirmed they had my order. It was a family 16pc, so I unstood it may take time to put to put it together. It was confirmed and the even called me by name. I was asked to park and they would bring it out to me. 50 mintues later
..no food. I went inside to check on my order, and was meet with one very rude female employee. I asked for a refund and was told NO. I never recieved my food and did not get a refund. $38.47 just gone. I have had to report it to my bank. I dont understand how a business can just take your money and not give service.

Omg spoiled. My beans were spoiled . Sat the to the side . Went on to eat my chicken the thigh was okay but cold however the chicken breast SPOILED ASWELL . The best thing was the biscuit . Horrible!

They sold me some red beans and rice that had a sour odor. I could smell it as soon as I lifted the top. It was probably some they had made before the snow storm. I won't waste my money here again.

We ordered 6 pieces wings combo with rice and a drink. They gave us 6 pieces nuggets spoiled rice and a small drink, with a discount….SMH. So Popeye’s KNOW that they are wrong 😑

Absolutely the worst location out of O'Neal and Sherwood locations. The drive-thru speaker is inoperable. You would think Jude who is the manager for this specific location would place a hand-written note in the area where the ordering takes place to inform customers to pull up to window to place order. Nooooo, that would be too much like right. Need new management with people thinking skills.

So sad to see this place go down over the years. Went there recently and ordered boneless wings. Asked for combo and got a la carte. When I checked my order before pulling off, I noticed it wasn’t what I ordered (I received bone in wings and a different sauce). I told the lady at the window that this wasn’t my order who then responded “oh my gosh can someone please get her some boneless wings?!” Got my boneless wings to find a light drizzle of a sauce that I didn’t ask for. Workers were very rude and everyone looked like they were on something and didn’t care. This place is so trashy, do not go to this location!!
