Love the new management. The old rude male manager is gone and the team new team is now friendly. Doesn't feel like I am at a stereotypical Popeyes. Did I say that the chicken is fresh as well?

actually one of the worst popeyes no matter what you ask for they WILL manage to mess your order up, and no matter who you're talking to or how many times they get complaints they will not improve. The only thing i asked for was one box of large fries and they gave me rice, Need i say more

I’ve been to this Popeyes twice and both times was a horrible experience. The cashier is always nice but the manager is always really rude and seems really stressed with his job. Never speaks and when I ask for a sauce or ask if that’s my food that he put on the counter he never looks back but says yeah with a nasty attitude. My food never tasted good. I thought I was maybe tripping the 1st time but the 2nd was even worse. NEVER GOING BACK.

First of all no one answered the drive thru when i pulled up . I had to pull to the window . The manager mikell who fixed my food messed my order up. Then gave me sides i didn’t ask for talking about they ran out didn’t even ask if i wanted a different side. Left out part of order and then came outside and asked me what we was waiting for,. He was rude as hell.

Same as all Popeyes experiences. Same behavior since the 80s. Ordered red beans and rice. No other customers in drive through and one customer inside. When I got to the window I immediately got asked to back up behind the camera then pull back up.
It's a joke how poor Popeyes corporate management is. With their recipe and Canes, Lil Sliders, or Chic-fil-a leadership Popeyes could take over the world. But they have weak leadership so nothing changes except the faces and names.

I ordered at this location on 02/23/25 at 10:55am. It was a mobile order. I drove thru the drive thru and confirmed they had my order. It was a family 16pc, so I unstood it may take time to put to put it together. It was confirmed and the even called me by name. I was asked to park and they would bring it out to me. 50 mintues later
..no food. I went inside to check on my order, and was meet with one very rude female employee. I asked for a refund and was told NO. I never recieved my food and did not get a refund. $38.47 just gone. I have had to report it to my bank. I dont understand how a business can just take your money and not give service.
