This is the absolute worst Popeyes in all of Louisiana. The employees are trash, the food is trash, even the building is trash. Idk how this location gets away with keeping their doors locked all day while they are inside talking on the phone and probably spitting in your food.

I enjoy stopping at this location. I am never disappointed the food is always fresh. My favorite part about eating from this location is the staff. They always greet you with a smile and some even remember me by name. I love that they know my order when I walk

Honestly they should close this location. Service is below any thing anyone would expect from anywhere. They never have any food and get made when you place an order. Wait time is always 20 minutes or better. The crazy thing is they cut off the lights and act like there closed.I rode up to the window and they all ducked down till they saw me see them. It was only 8 o'clock not near closing time. Seriously though they should close this location I ended up go to DenhamSprings. I wish I could leave less than a 1 star.

Dark parking lot had to wait in a line to go to the window to make my order. Said she had no head set. But they could tell you to drive to the window to order. A place like this should have back up head set. After placing my order was told to pull up and wait for my food. Im fine with that. However while waiting to employees come out side and smoke right next to my car. I ask them to please relocate to smoke. They said you move lady this is where we smoke.I have to roll up my window bug that really didn't help. So 20 min later they bring my food and i ask where my apple pie they say you didn't order it. I said wheres my receipt i ask for earlier. Someone brings it and hands it to me smelling like cigarette smoke. Didn't order it so fine i leave then realize they didn't give me my drinks. Go back and they are just so rude. My food is fine but i will never go back.

Good luck. Half the time I go here they won’t take my order at the box, they avoid giving you receipts because they know they’re terrible and don’t want you doing a survey, give you the wrong food. It’s a waste of money. Arguably the best tasting chicken you can find but the service is so trash I’d rather go get a chicken sandwich from Jack in the Box down the road.

The fryer had just been repaired and the Manager was changing the oil before cooking fresh chicken. She said it would be 30 minutes if we wanted to wait. In less than 25 minutes our food was ready! And she gave us free drinks for waiting. Very nice staff!!

Stopped by at 4pm to grab something to eat on my way to work. I was told they weren’t taking any orders for 30 minutes due to shift change. There has to be a more efficient way to do that.

I love Popeyes chicken above all fried chicken made by anyone anywhere. They beat any family recipe or restaurant you can find anywhere in the world. The spicy chicken, the real pieces not tenders or other products, is where it is at. If spicy isn't for you they do have a mild chicken that is fine, but spicy is thousands of times better.For sides try the red beans and rice and Cajun rice along with the famous biscuits.I Louisiana most locations make thier own sweet tea, but this may not be available in other states or areas.Vegetarian options: None. I would trust anything to be animal product free or even meat free.Dietary restrictions: They can meet diatary restrictions as long as you are restricted to eating fried chicken.Parking: Parking on both sides of most restaurants. This location has plenty.Kid-friendliness: Kids love fried chicken. In an 8 piece, you get 2 legs. Perfect for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: They have accessible parking and entrances.

I've decided to change my Popeye's location now to Central It is so much cleaner you're treated better and you get your food faster. We're happy customers at the end of the day thanks for feeding our

That is the positive comment.But everything else was an example of poor customer relations, poor management, and lack of accountability / oversight.I have to remember that I can not run to Popeyes in a pinch. If I want Popeyes from the Central location, I need to plan to spend time sitting in my car, watching employees do anything but cooking food or preparing orders.
