I started going to this location because the location in Prairieville is the worse in La. The first couple of times I went the two women mgr was the best ever. The third time I went a mgr last name Henderson was the rudest person I have ever come across. First I went through drive through at 10:30 she said they were close because they were running behind as I was driving off I saw that the lobby was open. I went in to place my Oder then she said with a nasty attitude that it would be thirty minutes. I then said it was fine . She then placed my order like she was mad because I wanted to wait. I asked her for her name because her name tag was worn and dirty looking so it was hard to read. She then replied why. I then told her because I wanted to know. I didn’t want to tell her I was going to call in because I still hadn’t got my food. She also was texting on her phone while preparing box for the orders that started coming through drive through. I have just about given up on Popeyes. Is either bad for or bad attitude at these locations. I was very upset because I thought I had finally from a good location and WD driving almost 20 minutes to get to it.

Very friendly service through the drive thru. The order was accurate. The restaurant is in good condition. Ordered two pieces of chicken with mashed potatoes. A five piece chicken tenders with fries. All was good.

They gave me spoil beans and when I tried to call them they have the phone busy very aggravated

it’s a shame you paid $10 for combo just to get some salty greasy refried white meat, chicken breast and wings. The biscuit was old. The rice beans and rice is old $10. This place went from terrible to just just say so for the money just to get bad food fried chicken biscuit and terrible rice. I wish I could give it a zero. ??????

This is what they served me and refuse to answer the phone to replace my meal or give my money back! Worst customer service the manager should be fired! They lucky i don’t stay round there because it would definitely be a problem playing with people money

Only problem I had was my chicken had bout 1 long piece of hair inside my chicken and like 4 lil pieces I should have took a picture but I was so mad about my food I literally gave it to my dog I’m not sure if they not wearing hair nets or what but the night crew Tuesday night need to get it together bc it make no sense on why my food had allat hair in the chicken like it was in the season spicy batter bc I was breaking my chicken a piece and I’m finding hair with grey ends look like it was pulled from the root that so disgusting but the customer service was 10/10 from the male worker then I go inside bc I fg to get my pepper and the manager on the phone loud and ghetto cussing somebody out like it’s giving very much no appropriate for job YALL NEED TO STOP JUST HIRING ANYBODY ! its sad like i really had allat hair inside my chicken !

Great service

I walked inside to order on 8/21/23. Restaurant just opened the store everyone was nice. Sherman the cook was so nice. He told me this chickens going to be good he wasn’t wrong it was delicious. Thank you Sherman for talking to me while I waited on the biscuits you really showed me kindness. Sometimes we can see the kindness in a person. Sherman showed me kindness.

The service is horrible. I order using the app so everything is listed for them to see what I want but they still manage to get my order wrong and leave items out. The manager walks around talking on her phone the whole time she's there. When you show up, you always have to go park and wait 15-30 minutes for your order. They need better management.
