This is literally the first Popeyes I’ve ever been to that actually got my order correct the first try. I had everything including the extra dipping sauce I ordered!!! I didn’t have to ask for anything plus my food was nice and hot!!!!

Ordered through the Popeyes app. Order continued to say it would be delivered and the manager refused to make the order because she says someone else took it. I will never order through the Popeyes app again. Usually this is my go to Popeyes location. After explaining the issue to the manager on duty they continued to say that they did not have my order and refused to make the food. Mind you 5 drivers have been sent by Popeyes to deliver this order . I went further to explain I was trying to feed my children and although it was hours after ordering I still needed the food. Even while appealing to their heart they refused to make the order. It shows not just a lack of accountability but a lack of character. This ordeal has frustrated me so much I am angry.
