Every time you come here it’s always an issue now it systems down they’re only doing door dash doors locked employees sitting In lobby this is unacceptable I watched about 10 or more cars get turned

When I received my order my fries were cold so I called the store and I’m very sorry I didn’t get the name of the person I spoke with but they had a nasty attitude telling me maybe the driver had another stop before mine and if I wanted to come get another one but I was at work and couldn’t leave my job and my job is only 2 minutes away. I am so annoyed
