By far the most unprofessional establishments I've ever seen. Employees being rude to everyone in the lobby. Telling people only drive thru was open and it was around 3pm. The balding manager looked lost.

I was skeptical going to this Popeyes but it was on my route, I was starving and the Popeyes in PA is trash. To my surprise, my visit was nothing short of a 5 star rating. They promptly took my order, I didn’t have to back up to restart their timer, the employee at the window was warm and friendly and my food was ready AND HOT!!! ??? This Popeyes provided exceptional food and service. While this was only one visit, a win is a win. I’ll take another chance on them!

This restaurant was in complete chaos. Being told to pull around and left there. Manager an older lady refusing to serve me after leaving me waiting for 20 mins in drive-through after I placed an app order. Just mass insanity and horrible service . Bright spots thwo young men who went above and beyond to try to make errors better. Apologizing and taking control to make things right. Lately a new lady in evening who is a pleasure and just as dedicated to trying to fix issues. I still am owed money for a family meal I attempted to pick up but the Caucasian older manager was so overwhelmed and irrate I could wait any longer for food or money.. I will be back
