I ordered two macaroni large sizes from popeyes. They gave me two smaller containers than the normal size I used to have. On top of that, a cup of macaronis was missing or nearly a cup of macaronis was missing. That is unacceptable. I tried to call the store twice and no one answered. The cost along with the taxes was 15 plus dollars.

This popeyes is the worst of them all…. and the only one in the city! Nasty Attitudes, poor service and such a bad atmosphere. You walk in happy you gone leave mad! I understand the place of business gets busy but you have to maintain the customers want to be happy! You can walk in and all the employees looking at each other like they don’t know who suppose to be on the cash tether while staff need to go! The manager with the dreads is the best one everything only run smooth when he there

I ordered a 3piece white spicy combo with Cajun rice and a strawberry lemonade. Rice was good but the chicken and biscuit is old.

Popeyes was closed and I explained that my family forgot my food, and the manager knew it was not there fault and I had not paid for my food she said she was going to make it and had me wait a normal time for them to cut everything back on and had my food hot and ready with out charging me. This was awesome where else can you go and some one do something like this and it’s not even the restaurant or employees fault!!! This was the Central Popeyes on Wax Road 70818 location and the Manager was very professional and polite to me.

Literally sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes at the window without anyone asking to take my order. This particular Popeyes is located in Baton Rouge on Greenwell springs Rd. The time of day is 2:50pm on October 17th, 2024.

The staff is loud, rude, and ghetto. The staff shouts in the mic and it takes forever just to get your order taken. Once you order is taken you have to repeat it. Takes an hour just to get your food. The wait is outrageous!
