If I could give them zero stars I would. The RUDEST popeyes around. At the speaker I'm not greater. Just "what do you want". As I'm trying to order I keep getting interrupted with "that all". Shut up and let me finish. Geez. Then I pull up. No hello. No total. Just reached for my money. Then was asked what I had. They gave me my food and told me to back up and pull forward again to get my drink. Next time(not here but anywhere else I go) I will refuse. I'm not backing up to restart your time to make it seem like y'all can actually do your job in the time frame it should be done. Oh and the food sucked. So the customer service was crap and so was the food. Why would I come back?? And i know they could care less. I'm just writing this to people so they have the option to avoid this crap hole at all costs.

This is one of the best Popeyes locations in the Baton Rouge area. Each time I have visited this location, the staff is always courteous and friendly, clean interior and exterior, no long wait periods, and the chicken is hot and fresh.

Ordered for delivery and got the wrong meal. I got a chicken sandwich meal with fries and mac&cheese as well as a strawberry lemonade slush and a biscuit. I ORDERED A 4PC CHICKEN (which came w/ a lrg. mac&cheese and a biscuit). As well as a strawberry lemonade slush and 2 strawberry biscuits and oreo pie/cake. Then was told by Uber eats that they could not refund me my money. I even have 2 receipts, one from MY order and the persons whoms order I got.
The Interior and exterior of the building is always clean. The employees are very friendly and courteous, and the food is great one of the best popeye's that I've ever been to thank you Popeyes.

I wouldn't let my dog eat at Popeyes! Chicken nasty and old, workers nasty looking and extremely rude and abnoxious! They can't take a simple order without screwing it up, then take it out on us! I have witnessed workers smoking, playing around in the lobby, and even fighting while the customers at the window were wrapped around the building! The thighs always look like they've been cut in half. I went to the one on Oneal Lane in BR, and asked for some blackened ranch sauce to go with my chicken. I received a cup of it that one of them had dug their nasty finger into. The manager was rude and seemed to be angry with me! That did it for me! Never again. NEVER!

Ordered the new TRUFF chicken sandwich yesterday with several other more traditional items. It was HORRIBLE!!!! Both smell and taste were disgusting, took one bite and had to spit it out. My cat's won't even eat it AFTER I removed the nasty breading.On the positive side, the classic crispy chicken sandwich & tenders were great. Definitely a bad call by corporate Popeyes headquarters to add the TRUFF line to their menu.

AVOID Popeyes latest TRUFF chicken...tastes HORRIBLE!Ordered several things yesterday from Popeyes. Because they had a promotion I included in my order their new TRUFF chicken sandwich. Boy was that a mistake!!!! Not sure of what all is in it but the smell and taste of the coating on the TRUFF chicken was inedible. Even my cats who normally love chicken wouldn't eat it after I chopped up the rest of the chicken breast chicken breast since I only took a bite out of it before spitting it out. And that's after I had pulled off the breading. The nasty taste still permeated the chicken and they wouldn't touch it. The day later and my garbage can still smells of the horrible flavored breading they use on this TRUFF sandwich, will probably have to put my garbage bag out early just to get rid of the smell in my kitchen.The three stars go to the regular classic fried chicken sandwich from Popeyes which as always was delicious. Same for their chicken tenders, very tasty. But I will definitely avoid anything with TRUFF on their menu from this point on.

Everything previously said is true. Sometimes I come here and the food and customer service is spot on. Sometimes it’s the opposite. The usual lady I see she is often nice and fast. I’m not sure who was at the window but I will admit her tone of voice never changed to an attitude but I don’t know what was going on today. I sat at the speaker for 20 minutes and I was told she’ll be right with me then only when I said hello I was told that again. No common courtesy of I apologize were having a bit of a rush… etc…

The back door by the drive thru mic,smell horrible with food every where after washing garbage cans out.
