Wish I could give a zero stars.
Just purchased a chicken sandwich combo. Fries tossed in bottom of bag, hard and cold. Chicken sandwich looking just slapped on bun and was dry and over cooked. Called for manager on duty but, of course no one would answer. NEVER

The young lady operating the drive-thru lied and said she was not able to take an order for three $6.00 Big Boxes. She couldn't take my simple order that totaled $19. Yet, she had just taken a large order in the drive-thru that totaled over $34.

Biscuit was from Walmart across the streets. I always have to pull to a parking space and wait on my food.

Hard to describe how bad this place is. Props to them for consistently having the worst service in Baton Rouge. The food is mediocre to decent if you don't care about getting what you order and pay for. Also, if you're expecting to be talked to as a person look elsewhere.

My husband and I asked for freshly fried chicken and the man frying the chicken said I got some coming up.My chicken thigh was small so the young lady at the front got me another one without a problem. THE PLACE was clean.

Employees had the audacity to make fun of someone in line. Their response to some one's attire is unacceptable. I watched as they cracked jokes and laughed at the customer. Completely uncalled for and disrespectful. They actions were unacceptable. Will never recommend this location to anyone. Employees are rude and have no work ethic what so over. Truly sade people can not do their job.

Chicken was freshly cooked, juicy and full of flavor. We ordered inside and were treated with a good attitude. The people working at this location are amazing. No wonder there is always a big line of people here. I'm satisfied

Workers in the parking lot relaxing and laughing talking to cars park in the lot. No other cars was in line when I pulled in and still I was pulled up and made me wait 15 minutes for tenders. I was told it was going to take 5 minutes. No one came and brought I had to go inside. There was more than enough workers inside but everyone seemed more involved with their phone. Also there’s always a random car parked in the drive thru lane with no one in it . I think it’s for one of the workers. The last time I was here I was pulled up and they came to car to ask me what I ordered because they forgot my order. Something needs to be done with the way this establishment is ran immediately!!
