Portobello's Grill - Jones Creek

Clay was our server and let me just say he is EXCELLENT! He is attentive to our needs: water ,drinks, bread and food. He is also very knowledgeable about the other specials offered on other nights.

Food was delicious! Staff is very courteous and friendly.

This food cannot be beat ,awesome Italian cuisine.everything is good, service is great,deserts are killer..

I truly enjoyed my dining experience at Portobello's. Alex was my AMAZING SERVER ! I was very pleased with his professionalism, attentiveness and his efforts to ensure we had everything we needed to make our dining experience special.

First experience wasn't good from the moment we walked in the door. Food was ok.

I want to talk about Saturday night. I don’t under why the host had to be rude for requesting a table that alittle more private? She didn’t had to make a comment, but instead of leaving it alone she made sure to let me know of the negative energy as we were walking out. “Next time you come, that’s table B-7” or something like that. I don’t understand why you were rude nor why you even brought that up. If your carrying that much negativity, you need to look for another job. Especially, if your dealing with people.

Second time coming I was disappointed because I bragged about this place a lot and came one night the food was rushly cook the glass cup still had a stain from someone’s lip stick and the silverware was still dirty.

Always check your order!!! Food was tasty though.

James was a great 10 out of 10

Had the fish of the day special for lunch.
Everything was perfect, right down to the warm plate!!
Bread, salad, drum, broccoli…all was delicious.

James was a great server. The friend, positive attitude of the greeters when we walked in was very uplifting and provided a great atmosphere

We used to go to masons grill just to see James at the bar and sit with him and wouldn’t ya know, he’s now at Portobello's Grill, and he’s the absolute best!!!! Nicole the Manager went above and beyond… LOVE her!! We will definitely be back!!

We had an incredible experience at Portobello’s Grill . The staff and food were incredible. They helped accommodate my daughter’s birthday party and without a doubt, met her expectations. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to hold an event.

We had a ladies night on 1.2.25 George O’Neal location. Clay was our server. He was GREAT! The food was amazing and came out in a very timely manner good ambiance. Will definitely go back and also request Clay.
