Came for Saturday evening dinner service. Moderately busy but not packed. Service was very slow. When the server came and didn't use a notepad to take our order, that usually means they are really good, or really bad at waiting tables. He was not a good server. We ordered salads with our meal that never came. They kept telling us the salads were coming, but they never came. It was obvious he forgot to put them in. Food was very average. Best thing we got was the toasted ravioli for appetizer. The chicken marsala had maybe 5 mushrooms total with two skinny chicken tenders trying to pass as chicken breasts. Ran out of water multiple times. Took forever to get our check. Not impressed. Nice building though.

This was my first time visiting Portobello’s, and when I say everything was AMAZING—I truly mean it! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome, and our waitress, Te’Air, absolutely blew us away! She was so sweet, had the brightest smile, and gave exceptional service from start to finish.
She stayed ahead of our needs—refills arrived before we even had to ask, and she managed our large group effortlessly. Every single order came out hot, correct, and absolutely delicious. Te’Air’s attentiveness and warm energy made our experience unforgettable.
My family and I will definitely be back. Thanks to Te’Air, Portobello’s has gained some raving fans!

We had a very good experience at the Portobello Grille - Jones Creek. The atmosphere is casual and fun. A large restaurant with Italian decor, a full cocktail bar and well spaced seating. The food is a combination of local specialties and Italian dishes and is good. Our server was very friendly and very attentive.

Absolutely horrible!! We spent $80 on this. We waited 30 minutes for them to give us this. We ordered fried chicken pasta and it was absolutely burnt. The chicken is Black !!! The chicken looks like burnt chicken strips. Do not go here. Why would you ever serve this to someone who paid $55. Would you spend $55 for this? I will update if I get a refund but look at this why would you serve this to anyone. I didn’t think to check the bag because I didn’t think after waiting for the food to be cooked it would be burnt. Thanks a lot. $55 waisted.
Update: we did receive a refund.

The food was horrible. Mine was entirely too salty and cold by the time it got to us. The only saving grace is that our waiter was excellent. Very attentive without being overbearing.
The restaurant itself could use a little cleanup.

Some of the worst food I’ve had. Everything is burnt. Flavor is horrible. Service is even worse and drinks have no alcohol. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else.

I truly enjoyed my dining experience at Portobello's. Alex was my AMAZING SERVER ! I was very pleased with his professionalism, attentiveness and his efforts to ensure we had everything we needed to make our dining experience special.
First experience wasn't good from the moment we walked in the door. Food was ok.
I want to talk about Saturday night. I don’t under why the host had to be rude for requesting a table that alittle more private? She didn’t had to make a comment, but instead of leaving it alone she made sure to let me know of the negative energy as we were walking out. “Next time you come, that’s table B-7” or something like that. I don’t understand why you were rude nor why you even brought that up. If your carrying that much negativity, you need to look for another job. Especially, if your dealing with people.
