My boyfriend and I came to this establishment for the very first time on Sunday 03/29/2026. The manager who was a light skinned woman was on the line with 2 of her employees. She had a very nasty attitude all the while slamming the food down. She even was short tempered with the 2 young employees on the line with her. She was more worried about fulfilling the online orders rather than concentrating on the line of people that were patiently waiting. My veggies that she raised her voice and told me that would be ready in a min.Was not cooked throughly. This was very unacceptable and unprofessional. It was our very first time trying this restaurant and due to the horrible customer service experience it will the last and only time we will come here.

I don’t often write reviews; however, I had a poor experience here worth noting. When I was ordering my bowl, the worker accidentally put toppings that were meant for the person behind me in my bowl. When I pointed it out and asked her to fix it, she proceeded to say “what do you want me to do about it” with attitude. Then, she scooped the toppings out of the bowl with her hands instead of making me a new one or simply using a spoon to do so. The workers all treated me like a nuisance and an inconvenience. Will not be coming back.

I waited 15 minutes. No one else in line. I stood and waited. Most of the staff just glanced at me. Finally 19 min later, someone came over and asked if they could help. I politely asked if I could have a quesadilla. She began preparing then realized she did not have chicken. 10 min later she was back with chicken. She looked at me and rudely asked me not to lean on the counter.

I just couldn't take it anymore and left.

Didn’t get there names but the afternoon shift on 1/10/2026 around 5:30pm was very rude and unprofessional. my first time going there and probably will not go there again!

I’ve been coming to Qdoba for about 3 years now; and this is my very first complaint.

Me and my brother came to this restaurant to get our food as normal. He asked for a bowl, and he got brisket as protein; and this employee named Jayline grabbed a very small amount of brisket. My brother asked for more brisket; and Ms. Jayline stated that it would be extra; with an aggressive facial expression. It must be noted that the amount of brisket on his bowl was not reasonable. However he went with it and paid for the extra.

Once I ordered my quesadilla, once we got to the extras I asked for a little bit of veggies, Ms. Jayline deliberately grabbed two large scoops of veggies and put it on my quesadilla, and proceeded to ask me is that enough. I stated that it was too much, and she asked me if I wanted her to take some veggies off; while laughing at her co worker named Aysia who was at the cash register at the time.

I so asked for lettuce on my quesadilla, Ms. Jaylin’s proceed to grab a few pieces of lettuce and put it on one side of the quesadilla. I asked her to put some on the other side, you she then proceeded to put the lettuce on the other side, but with an attitude look on her face. I also asked for corn and she only put it on one side and I asked for it be on the other side, and got the same response. Throughout this she is laughing with her nearby co worker who is making jokes about how I wanted my quesadilla. They are both new faces to the restaurant and; do not represent it well.

I’ve never had an issue with this place in the time I’ve been coming here. It should also
Noted that my quesadilla was mildly burnt. I just didn’t appreciate the food preparation that I received, nor the way when I made special request; it was joked about.

Tried to get a bowl, the bowl was dirty and I asked for a new one the person making my bowl gave me attitude, also didn’t change her gloves between making food. We stood there for a while waiting for someone to help us. We ended up just leaving.

The tacos I got were satisfying. The salsa & chips were fresh, I got the mild salsa & It was very very mild, not spicy at all. I enjoyed it, but if you want spicy or hot though don't get it. The Place was clean & quiet. Service was wonderful.

WrNpthing but good vibes and good good. I wish I woulda caught the young man's name but he was a taller, energetic, African American male and he literally made my day. They was a young lady cleaning with braids too and she was super sweet. I haven't had Qdoba in 5+ years since moving to the state. The food was still the same great taste and portions. And they sell alcohol now 🥴 All and all, I will be back. 🥰

A new female that wears glasses asked a lot of personal questions that didn’t pertain to her, said she would curse a customer out which was my husband said my husband cursed to much and my husband wasn’t speaking to her and said he would definitely have diarrhea after eating his quesadilla that’s not how you speak to a customer we visit this restaurant 2-3 times out the month the rest of the employees are great. She needs to be spoken too by the manager thanks
