Qool Kidz Snowballs

This was the worst snowball I’ve ever had. Do not waste your money. It was more like a slushie. My chocolate snowball with condensed milk on top lacked syrup throughout. When I pointed out the lack of syrup, the staff simply poured more chocolate syrup over it and said it’s a thick syrup, so there’s nothing more they could do. The experience was terrible—both the product and the customer service. It was slow and poorly handled. I will not be returning.

The staff and snowballs are amazing. The girls are always so nice. The ice is 🔥🔥🔥
