It was pretty good. The workers were nice the bowling ally had some small hiccup but they fixed it. My only problem was alot of the games were out of order.

Heard many good things about this place before going for the first time and wow.. this place is rough. Definitely needs alot of work. Many games are out of order, the prize counter (if you could play games and get ticket) was desolate. The bowling lanes were extremely overly slick and I mean just walking up to get your ball. Seating and tables were covered in spilled I don't know what and had clearly been there awhile. I understand this place like many others has suffered severely due to Covid, but we're getting to the point where thats not an excuse anymore. Atleast maintain cleanliness and outstanding service. Bartenders were friendly, fast and efficient!!

Where is the extra fine manager with the dreads? Since he is no longer there, there is no Grind. Management is foolish. Disregard the fact that two-thirds of the games do not work. This is a lack luster business with the least bit of concern for every day people. Spend your money on proprietorships with more of a genuine interest of its people than two bit business owners who try to defraud the government and throw their own under the bus. Peace and love. Spend your coins elsewhere.

They have a promotion for 1/2 arcade Wednesdays.... thats because half the games workIf i could give zero stars i would. Some that were co - op coukdnt be played because one of the guns etc. Was broken. We didnt see this till after we bought the card you put money on.We came to bowl anyway... the wait was over an hour because only 1 lane was open. Although they had a private 5 lane party going; And 4 closed lanes. And when we got to our lane the table wasnt cleaned from the previous people playing that had food and drinks. it still wasnt cleaned by the time we left.... it was sad to say the least because i remember this place being much better when it first opened 10 years ago. Now its ?

HORIBBLE we went there for a School trip and we waited more than almost 2 hours for the manager to get there and the worst food and the bowling was a 3/10 it didn’t even work at first and 1/3 of the game didn’t work Would not recommend at all and there was NO prizes and I would recommend saving ur money. And the only reason for 1/5 stars and Not 0/5 is because one of the employees weren’t the worst

Bowling was Fun. But it was my 3 y/o birthday and they didnt have Game Cards and 1/3 of the arcade is broken. Bar experience was blah. $15 for a single Crown Royal and Cranberry juice

Atleast half the games were out of service or off and several of the playable games needed maintenance like no balls were available or the pucks were jammed up and wouldn’t dispense. When we went to cash our tickets in there were no prizes to be traded. They were completely out of everything but paper airplanes. I would rate this place less than a star if possible

It was fun, but not the best. I took the kids on a Saturday night and the crowd was a little raucous and groups were congregating here and there outside and inside. Quite a few games were out of order and some took our money, but didn't work. But the management refunded them each time, so it was fine. I just wish they would put out of order signs on them. Nobody was working at the bar either, so don't expect a cocktail while the kids play. Other than that we had a good time, but Main Event is still better overall.

My boyfriend and I brought our 2 kids and I would NOT recommend this place at all. First of all, half of their games were either broken or not in service. The games are priced way to high for the ticket prize you win (if at all). Then the staff are more concerned with gossiping with each other than actually working. And don't get me started on the prize room. The choices are slim pickings and marked way too high for their worth. A shame really bc we were so excited to have a family outing but will not be revisiting unless they make some serious updates.

We used to love coming here with the kiddos or a good date night. Almost all of the games are broken sadly. Wish they would fix them or just shut it down. Customer service was great but the arcade is just a waste of money.

Awful experience. Attended at party there and we had 1 hour game play cards. At least half of the games, if not more, were broken and/or didn’t work. Couldn’t use our cards on many of what did work because they were “money” games that gave points so that was a total bust. It has been a while since I’ve been there but was shocked to see the laser tag was gone so kiddo was upset we couldn’t do that. Person tending bar didn’t know what “well” liquor was and then drink was made horribly. I don’t see how this place is in business still. Premier Lanes in Gonzales and Main Event at Mall of LA are far better choices for parties. Hell Celebrity Theater does a better job than this place.
