Getting slower and slower, last 2 times has been a 20 minutes to get your food

Ordered a meal via drive through, and the cashier didn’t return my credit card. At that time I was on a phone and didn’t realize that. One day later I went there and was told they disposed my credit card. Really bad service. Irresponsible employee. Totally sucks!

Lately all they do is mess up my order or charge me for someone else's order and then make me jump through hoops to pay the correct amount. Useless staff, very disappointing

The change in management did some damage! It’s not the same anymore. That warm fuzzy feeling whenever you pull at a Raising Cane’s Window has vanished from our Coursey/Market Place location😥

Order box with extra Texas toast, no slaw. Was given extra slaw and no toast. Now I have 2 whining kids. Appreciate you all giving me a difficult evening!

Chickens may not be able to fly sky high but these prices sure do! Meals for a family of 4 cost about as much as a sit down restaurant and I swear the chicken strips get smaller by the day. Give it a couple more years and we'll have Raising Cane's Chicken Nuggets.

I wanted some "fresh fries" and that's exactly what I received. It shows that Kaylee was my cashier. She was amazing. Her service was every!! I know it would be a wait, but the young man apologized about the wait and thanked me for my order!! I felt like a queen last night at 10:49pm with the amazing service provided!!

My son works for the company and I'm sure he's providing the same level as these young workers on yesterday.

I've been in retail mgt for over 22years and I strive on service!!! Those two employees last night made my day. Thank you!

Pretty good

To go box combo. French fries nothing but broken extremely small pieces. Not one whole crinkle fry. Pitiful. I guess " to go" they think you won't check your box until you get home. Very disappointed
