The attendant that took my order was the sweetest and most friendly woman I’ve ever spoken to on the other side of the drive-through. I’ve never been more excited and satisfied with placing a drive-through order. Asked for my fries, extra crispy and, of course, they nailed it! This location should be a standard for the rest!!

This location doesn't close until 12 am. Attempted to order via drive thru at 11:10 pm and the employees ignored me. Drove to the window and employee didn't acknowledge me again. Finally she looked at the window and shrugged her shoulders and did not take my order. I've never received poor customer service at a Raising Cane. I hope management corrects this. This is the Drusilla Lane location.

This Cane's is easily the worst I've been to. I've given it a good three chances and each time has gotten progressively worse. They almost always forget an extras that I add to my order even after repeating it back at the drive-thru and the window. I paid the cashier with a $50 bill and change and my order was $30.26. He owed me a twenty and was VERY rude when I asked for my change. I checked my food and they were missing the extra sauces and extra coleslaw for the third consecutive time I've gone to that Cane's. Don't get me wrong, there are nice managers and very helpful staff, but the people at the window have not properly done their jobs. I worked at Cane's in high school, I worked to-go and I know they check the receipt, so to have multiple missing items multiple times feels like a lack of training or carelessness.

Granted haven't been to RC's in many weeks; I usually ordered the box combo, so I could have leftovers. Today, ordered box combo, price was $3.00 higher ($11.64 for box combo with drink) I received 4 very small pieces of chicken about 4" x 1/2" each, a lot of skinny cut fries, smaller container of sauce and a drink with ice filled to the top of cup so less drink in cup. Taste was fine, but will be a long time before I consider going back to RC's at that price and serving size.

I went through the driveway today and my order was ridiculous. My chicken fingers were very small more than the regular. I order for 4 family members and all of the chicken fingers were so small. It was like a kid meal. And on top All of that I asked 4 DRINKS little ice but all my drinks were full of ice . I expected canes to do better.
