I paid for a combo meal, and just look at the pieces of chicken they sold me. They threw them straight into the oil and fried them without coating them in batter at all. It’s unbelievably dry. Please serve your customers with more care. I will never come back

The only complaint I have on the food is the tenders seem to be getting smaller, but the flavors are on point. However, this location has given me the incorrect order on multiple consecutive visits. I know you guys are busy during lunch rush but maybe you shouldn't have 2 drive thru lines if you can't keep orders straight. I paid Box Combo price plus an addon charge for someone else's 3 Finger Combo. I feel robbed and betrayed because I've always said Cane's had top tier customer service. Never coming back to this location. 2 Star because the food is still tasty.

I order my food through Doordash for the Caniac in the kids meals. My Caniac barely had fries in was cold in my daughter food was cold as well. I paid $25.72 for some cold food in a few fries.🤬

Very bad customer service in the drive thru
She was rushing me and I told her I was not done with my order she told me my total.
When I get to the window she gets mad when I tell her I was not done with my order and get a very bad attitude about it .
Really … so I canceled my order
Never will I go to this restaurant again.

I am a semi truck driver. I couldn't get to the drive through window, so I parked across the drive through window and walked up to order. They refused the service, stating i have to be in the vehicle in order to get service. I explained i can't physically drive my semi truck to the window because of low clearance, but no luck. It was 10:30pm, so couldn't go inside either. I'm very disappointed.

Very bad attention to the public, I ordered a hamburger and bread with sauce and chicken when clearly in the ad it appears with more ingredients, and then they arrived with a lettuce in their hand to put it on the plate.
