The lady working the drive though needs to be done with immediately. Yelled at us for talking loud (we weren’t by the microphone), told my friend that took her card back that they were gonna have a problem because she “snatched her card,” and then proceeded to make rude comments to me and everyone in the car. First of all, as someone who’s worked in the food industry in customer service, the way this worker acted is COMPLETELY unacceptable and I would’ve been fired immediately if I have acted the way she did. Second, my friend apologized after she yelled at us and the worker still proceeded to act extremely unprofessional towards us. Never in my life have I experienced someone act this way towards me or the people I have been at a food establishment with and it is completely and utterly unacceptable. I get your by a college town and patience may be thin, but acting this way towards a customer is completely and utterly insane and unhinged. Understand, if this happens again I will have no problem “having a problem” with a worker who acts this way towards me.

I waited while 6 people picked up their order before me. Drive through definitely gets top priority. When I asked about it the cashier smirked and laughed at me.

I honestly don't like raising cane's. But we we're traveling and so we just got the first thing we saw. I have to say this was by far the best raising cane's I have eaten. And if it was always this good I'd probably eat there was more often.

After two years in BR and hundreds of visits to Canes, we finally made it to the original store! The staff and service was above par and a wonderful experience on top of great chicken! A truly unique experience.

The drive-thru is always a pleasure. The chicken tender sizes are shrinking and the cost is expanding. However, when affordable- I will purchase.

Good soo good
Great food. Got it pretty fast considering the drive thru was really busy. Customers were attended promptly. Cute female manager (forgot her name) was very apologetic to orders that were taking longer even though no one was complaining. Great environment and LSU history of famous alumni. Lots of college students were eating there. I started to feel out of place because my husband and I are seniors, but we were treated like we totally belonged. Great job!

Nice to see the OG place. Chicken was under par, breading falling off. Fries had no seasoning. Very limited parking, lot of emphasis on to-go parking even though for the hour we were there not a single order wasn't for dine in.

Pulled up at midnight after a bowling tournament starving! The service was AMAZING! Very clean restaurant and bathroom, food was perfect! Thanks for the great experience!
