We just happened to go to this location by pure chance. When we pulled up, we knew it was no regular location. I told my mom and girlfriend that it might be the original location. Sure enough, it is! 5 Stars all around!Parking: The parking lot is small, and the drive-thru line may spill into the road.

I am leaving a review based on the lack of customer service at this location. My fiancée came to this location last night when getting off work, he stop there to get us something to eat on his way in; in which the young lady at the speaker box was rude. Upon him driving up to the window she had a very unpleasant look on her face as if she was irritated that cars were pulling in. Her demeanor and attitude did not sit well at all. As well as the food was not fresh. My fiancée and I visit this location frequently and were very displeased with the lack of customer service from this location.

Good quality hot food as usual. I feel they are a little overpriced. But the consistency is out of this world.

in my opinion, the canes’ in new orleans are better tasting and have better service. chicken was cold. fries were actually decent. toast was cold. i think they put 2 tiny little cubes of ice in my drink after i told them they never gave me my drink in the drive thru. only 3 cars in the line; you’d think they’d have a little speedier of service. overall, not impressed: especially for being the first raising canes location.

I can't believe I was denied service after waiting in line. I have a life too... No one came to let me know that they were not taking orders. Very disappointed. I come to Canes at least twice a week... Not to mention, the rewards program sucks. I've come over 150 times since getting the rewards program yet NO free Canes meal. I'm a night bird, so Canes is usally my go to, but I can wait for Chick-fil-A to open in the morning... Make it right by training your employees at your flagship to have some human dignity! Healthcare workers need to eat too...
