Can yall please let the chicken cool down before putting it into the styrofoam container… when the chicken MELTS the styrofoam it leaches forever chemicals into your body. I’d rather not consume a registered carcinogen that causes leukemia(blood cancer)👍🏽

Way too Expensive, half the chicken tenders. It's like the cutting a normal chicken tender in have, then selling them like a normal chicken tender.

The food is consistent in flavor which is delicious. The service is excellent, and the restaurants are usually pretty well kept. My few complaints would be the lack of consistency in the size of your chicken fingers. Some cuts are small as for a child's proportion. Also some locations the cashier won't give me ketchup packets unless I ask for my order to go.

night shift was weird and patronizing.. white guy was odd and came to the window to say something to us and ran away before we could process it.

Food took a little time to come, but it was hot, fresh and tasty! The decor is classic LSU! The box combo is huge! Well worth the money.

As a former food safety employee, I almost cried. I love Canes, 10years plus. I specifically ask if they can cook my chicken a bit longer due to "being RAW" inside of the strips on numerous occasions. That alone , upsets the stomach. The timer cooks the breaded part, but the inside is still undone. The employees must shake the basket, lift it up an separate the strips so they all can fry individually. I received partially raw chicken again tonight ... its getting out of hand. Someone has to (care) enough to know when something is undone. This has to stop ? the young lady gets irritable with me as I'm trying to explain to her , look, the chicken be raw at times. Can I please have it well done. No go. Received the chicken an it was raw , you can tell just from the juice coming from the strip, buss it open, boom. Half way finished. ? Canes/ especially Lee Dr. Remember, you're not the ones eating the food you're serving at the moment ? be careful what you are serving to others to put in their body ?and not catch an attitude because someone ask for their food in a specific way to their health needs. I would make your meal however YOU ask , without the attitude and faces.
Went to another location, asked for the same thing, guy does it right, and buss the chicken open , DONE, no red, or juice/grease leaking. Showed him the difference so he can work with his employees on properly cooking CHICKEN.
