Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes over chicken tenders ! If yall have a limited menu why is it taking over 20 minutes ! The place is not even busy ! Only 2 cars in line ! Update it’s been 30 minutes waiting on chicken tenders ! Like what is the deal !

went through the drive thru with a complicated order, the girl at the speaker read my order back to me correctly. ordered two sandwiches with extra crispy fries, sauce on the side of one, no fries sub for toast on that one. they read my order correctly at the first window, even the second window it was read correctly. i get home and i have fries instead of toast that i asked for, sauce on my sandwich and non of my fries or extra crispy. i worked at the canes in thibodaux for 2 years and we made sure every order was made to the best of our ability. i know mistakes can happen but for it to be a major mess up is so puzzling to me. are there even managers there? completely dissatisfied.

Wilted lettuce this time little sauce on the chicken sandwich it was a mess until I called and zachinformed to just bring in the receipt and the rest was history no questions asked... awesome service and great communication

My order was repeated to me at the drive-through, 1st window where you pay, and at the pick-up window. They still failed to give me my side order of toast, given unsweetened tea with no ice, when I requested sweet tea with extra ice, and their chicken sandwich was awful. Instead of having a chicken pattie, they place 3 tenders on a bun. It was extremely dry and just nothing as I expected. I called and explained to them the circumstances and I was told that they would correct it. So, we shall see if they stick to their word. However, I won't be eating at this location again.

The woman at the drive thru window was very rude just now. Usually we go to canes bc of the great service but this canes location has been rude mutiple times. No smiling. No response nothing just handing us food. We asked for extra hot sauce and no yes or no just pissed off and handed it to us. Again no response. Just so mean. Excuse me maam but this isn’t your hot sauce! So rude.

I wonder if somebody poured back the black tea that they already drunk. The unsweetened black tea that they gave me tasted so gross!! I spit it out and when I smelled it, it smelled rancid! The chicken was fresh but the beverage ruined my appetite. It should have visible molds if it's old. I had tea from them 3 weeks ago and it was fresh.. from the aroma to the taste. But not last night, I'm scared now to get tea from them. Hope it's not contaminated with anything that can make me sick
