I waited for almost 10 minutes at the door waiting for the host. There wasn’t even 15 people sitting down. And the only reason I got anyone’s attention was because I walked up to one of the servers at someone’s table. And still had to wait for them to find the host! First and last time at red lobster!!!!!!!

Took an hour for my food and the place only had six booths in service. Four couples left. Poor management.

Very happy with our experience. Ofc it's not southern seafood but it was still very good and everyone left full and happy.Dietary restrictions: I do my best to eat low carb. Yeah, I ate about half a cheddar biscuit but I was easily able to substitute my potatoes for broccoli to make my crab legs no carb ?

20 tables open yet had to sit a door ask to be seated at a window booth to keep an eye on my vehicle, waitress put me on the bar side next to a table with dirty dishes that sat there close to an hour, drinks took 20 minutes, salad came out with meal, other booths had dirty dishes let before I got there and was still there when I left with food on the floor,7 people left due to having to wait maybe a total of ten people eating so why the wait, this new CEO needs to get his ass out of his Ivory Tower and clean this place up in total an hour and a half to eat doesn't make sense steak was tough medium well shouldn't be bleeding

This was mine and the wife's second time here and it was worst than the first ????????The kitchen was out of alot of itemsWe tried the Tuesday deal I believe... lobster tail and shrimp scampiHad to get noodles cause they were out of potatoes. When brought out it was full of water which watered down the scampi sauce that I didn't really have much of to begin with. The lobster was raw .. but I Can SayThose Biscuits were soooo damn good and fresh ? like that's the only thing they cared about. So the meal was taken off and paid for the tail that was ultimately RawThe meal 1/10Biscuits 10/10Service 8.5 /10

This was by far my worst experience at Red Lobster and to think it was on Valentine’s Day! First of all, there was a wait but the restaurant wasn’t even halfway full! Secondly, when we were finally seated, we were put next to a table where this man kept moaning loudly. I realize he may have had a medical condition but I expect to pay for a pleasant dining experience and asked to be moved only to be told “let me see what I can do.” I asked for the manager who didn’t seem to really want to be that accommodating at first but while he stood at the table with us and heard the man, he nodded his head and said no problem. The waitress was very pleasant and graciously still waited on us in the area we moved to. Thirdly, I ordered my favorite, Lobster Lovers Dream. The lobster was tough was and the pasta tasted over cooked and sticky. The colseslaw tasted spoiled. I barely ate two bites and asked for a to go plate. The waitress didn’t even ask what the problem was. I didn’t even feel like calling the manager over to complain. I don’t think I’ll be back for a long time coming. I wish something would be resolved to handle this situation. To make matters worse, Red Lobster said contact them on Facebook so they could send me an e-gift card within 48 business hours. They said they would but never did! Update, they did eventually contact me with an e-gift card.

I thougherly enjoy my dining experience at Red Lober in Baton Rouge. It reminded me how much I miss the one in Metairie.

Food was rancid. I stopped eating after 2 bites. My bf ate 1 pound of crab, but the 2nd pound was very much discolored, and smelled awful. All I ate was the Caesar salad. The Mac n cheese was disgusting, seafood mushrooms tasted real bad like the seafood was spoiled. We will never eat here again. Our bill has to be adjusted to take off the food that was inedible. Soon as I got home I threw up little bit I did eat.

My family and I hadn’t been to Red Lobster in over 10 years because our local restaurant was closed down. Anyway I must admit I was so disappointed in how much the quality of the food has gone done and the price (like everything else) has gone up so much!!!Lobster is one of my favorites, but it will be awhile before I eat it again after today. I didn’t get a photo of our cheesy crab fries or my daughter and I’s Caesar salads. The amount of crab/cheese/fries served was ridiculous for the price and it was so salty it made our eyes cross. The salads had a TON of dressing; an EXTREME amount. My husband had the Endless shrimp which was the best deal and taste. My daughter had the Lobster fest Dueling Southern Tails; it was good but the sauce on the grits was EXTREMELY salty. I had the Lobster lovers duo, the broccoli was amazing. I don’t know what was so off about the lobster. But it wasn’t up to the Red Lobster standards that I was so accustomed to. We did not get dessert. My daughter got a virgin piña colada to go, but she had ordered it with our meal but our waiter apparently didn’t catch that. Overall I was disappointed and honestly have no desire to go back. The cost was too high for the quality and amount of food I got for myself. My husband did eat his money’s worth and my daughter was ok with her meal. But just not worth it for sure. Sorry Red Lobster but my boat has sailed.

When we walked in the front desk was very courteous and seated us immediately. It was early so we didn't have to wait. We ordered starter and then I ordered the crispy swimp with lobster. Now mind you it said with sea salt, which I thought ok but when the food came it was to salty so my sister and myself (she ordered the same) we told the waitress that it was to salty and she took it back. So here comes the manager I think he said his name was Antawine or to that nature. Anyway the guy came out with a very nasty attitude saying so you want me to pay for this because you ordered this and so on and so forth. I immediately told him okay if it's going to be a problem I will just pay for it. In which he replied yes it's going to be a problem. I mean just because it has see salt on it dosen't mean you have to drown it in so much of it that you have to put so much on it. Needless to say my family and I will never patronize this establishment again.Red Lobster6051 Blue Bonnet #6368Baton Rouge, LA. 70809.
