Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We really enjoyed our meal , didn’t wait long for the delicious food. The waitress was nice n friendly!

First time here. Before I get into anything else, all of the food my husband and I had was great. But that was the only thing great about the experience. First time here and probably will be the last. We went on a Saturday. It took a while before a host even came to the front to seat us. When she did, she said our server would be right with us only our server wasn't. In fact we managed to look over our menu and decide what drinks we wanted an appetizer yet our server did not come. A young woman was busy sweeping the floor by our table. She neither spoke nor informed us that she was our server. I can understand if she said she would be right with us then I would have been okay but she said nothing and we waited again for service of which she was our server. She was noticably gone for a while after we ordered drinks and I can understand if it was really busy but it wasn't. She didn't even bring our food other people did. She paid more attention to a table behind us when she did come out again. She checked in on us once and didn't bother refilling our drinks, someone else did. We wanted to order desert, but the server was nowhere around so we skipped out on the desert. Yeah, I know they have the machine on the table to pay/order but I wanted my server to bring me the check so I could have a receipt. She didn't. She didn't even come back to ask if we wanted some to go boxes. She came to our table a total of two times. It was just awful service. I've been to other places where it was super busy. Still, the servers managed to check in often. Like I mentioned, this was our first time to visit and probably will be the last.

Great service burgers are amazing I can damn near feel the love in every bite. They showed me love on my birthday as well.

First visit in awhile Service and food were great!The veggie patty is the best in town.Impressed with the overall cleanliness of the restaurant inside and out.If you want a great burger check this place out.

A awsome experience my friends and I had on a girls outing. The employee that was not even our waitress ms Lakia took care of us better than any one there. She was on point and maid shore we had everything we needed even drinks when they became low. We o ly saw the waitress 2 times ones to take our order and to take our money. Ms Lakia is a outstanding waitress and needs to train the others so they know what they. Eed to do. I want her to come work for me ?. Thank you so much Ms Lakia for the best girls lunches we have had in a long time please keep up the good work.

I was eating with my family while visiting Baton Rouge on tonight. I was so excited to finally get a chance to eat at Red Robin. I witnessed the female manager with burgundy/reddish and black locs being completely and blatantly rude, unprofessional, and to say the least, not managerial material at all. The customer was with an entire team and he remained calm and professional at all times, even asked her to step away, in which she refused to do. She totally created a hostile environment. The behavior and tone used by this female manager was not anywhere near quality customer service. She should be reprimanded and then coached on what leading by example truly means before she is ever trusted to be placed in a manager position to represent any business ever again. This was appalling and disheartening to witness, especially as a first time and most definitely last time visit to this particular location. The food was great, but definitely does not go hand-in-hand with the manager leading. So disappointed!

Good food and friendly service.

The food at Red Robin is very good. I love their steak fries and their burgers, and their lemonade drinks are wonderful. Unfortunately, it's the service that drips this restaurant so far down on the list for us. This last time, my two daughters received their food long before I got mine. So long before that they were nearly done when my chicken sandwich came out. We also had to stop someone random (not our server) to get napkins brought out after our food was finally out, and to get condiments for my sandwich. This is the second time we've had a similar experience here. If they could bring service up to the level of their food, we'd have a real winner!

Finally remembered to try the Red Robin by the mall, and it was pretty tasty.Service: polite, could've been a little quicker since there were barely any guests, but it was shift change.Venue: decent- could've been a little cleaner and fresherFood quality: the veggies in the burger are fresh an the burger patty was well-seasoned. The presentation blew me away. The burger could've been on a commercial. Bottomless steak fries: what else is there to say? The onion rings aren't bottomless, but who cares when they're that scrumptious. Plus, you can steal fries from others since they're bottomless.The star: the new cheese dip is a vibe. I could easily eat that on pretty much anything, and cup for $1.99? Heck, yes.Cocktails: Margarita was yummy and spirited.Verdict: I'll be back.

Ok burgers for a chain, overall good but the service was at best average, they are definitely short staffed and some of the items on the menu was not available. The burger looked like it was thrown together by a 10 year old in the back.....

We went in with two girls' soccer teams and parents. The wait staff handled it very well. The food was on point as usual. The orders took a little longer to get out due to the size of the crowd. However, Rachel kept our drinks full and checked on us often. Great job!

Good was awsome and waitress was good also but the lady that seats u to busy talkin to people an ignored customers

Horrible service, had to get up to get my own refill, fries were cold. Waitress had attitude... Worst place to go on Valentine's Day night..

I hate to give them 3 stars because I enjoy Red Robin's food. All around, it was delicious. My family loved all of their meals. But it was the service that needed work. The place was not packed. There may have been 3 or 4 other parties in the restaurant, and from what I could see 4 waitresses. But service was slow and we were rarely checked on. Drinks and endless fries refills were few and far between because we could barely get anyone's attention. And then they messed up the bill. Overcharging us for our meal.

The service is HORRIBLE nowadays. Fortunately though, the food is still good and reasonably priced. So it’s still good if you need something cheap but don’t expect to get it quickly or have refills at good rates. The alcoholic drinks aren’t very strong but they’re tasty.
