I come here for lunch every week, sometimes more than once a week—and it always SLAPS. Bomb food, bomb service.

I had an extremely upsetting experience at Roman's Greek and Lebanese Restaurant. As an African American customer, I felt blatantly unwelcome from the moment I walked in. The staff was cold and dismissive, and I was rushed through my meal as if they couldn’t wait for me to leave. It was clear I was not treated the same as others in the restaurant, and I can’t help but believe this treatment was racially motivated.

This kind of prejudice has no place in any establishment. No one should have to feel unwelcome or disrespected simply because of the color of their skin. I will never return, and I hope others think twice before supporting a business that discriminates against its customers.

Called in to check on there meat if it’s halal or not they hang up in my face very rude I will never order from this place again

I can definitely agree with the last comment. I’ve been coming to Roman’s for a while now. We have lunch there maybe 2xs per week. The food is amazing. It’s all fresh & the portions are well over enough to take home. The waiter is a guy maybe younger than the other older (rude guy) who I have a problem with. My problem is he’s very much rude. He’s not courteous as he should be when serving food. His demeanor is very much saying he doesn’t want to be here. Now I’ll say before it was a pretty Puerto Rico lady and another young lady they both were the total opposite of these 2 men. It’s no need to be that rude when people are paying money to eat at your establishment. My overall experience with Romans is 1 out of 10. (The food is a 10. Service 1)

It was good and cool inside, they were short staffed that day so the service was a little slow. The food was great, their veggie grape leaves are awesome. Wish they still put the spices out to make your own dipping sauce for their freshly warmed and seasoned pita. The Lebanese tea was awesome as well. Try the beef swarms as well, it's super good. I highly suggest people try this place out.

Food was good but the guy waiting on us was super rude. I clearly ordered the chicken and gyros bowl and he brings me the plate instead (which I was not to stuck up about it) but I did let him know that this wasn’t what I ordered and just rudely told me “it’s the same thing”. Then my husband asked for a to go box and the guy was fighting with him on which size box! My husband asked for the big to go box and the waiter was like “no you’re getting the small box” (the food we were taking home for him would have NOT fit in the small box. And then gets us with charging $14 for a tiny kids pizza. For sure not returning again.

The gyro plate had an ample amount of delicious food. The portions are large. Service is fast and friendly.

Just left this place. Food is awesome, however the service is HORRIBLE! I used to frequent the location on Gov’t, same horrible service from the same guy. He was on his phone when we entered, didn’t acknowledge or greet us. We planned to dine in, but decided to place a to go order. When our order was ready, he just threw our food on the counter and continued to play on his phone. The food is really good here, customer service should be the same.
