I decided to take my grandkids to Rotolo’s on Burbank after school and we made it to the establishment around5pm with only 3 people sitting at the table. At 6:06 pm, over an hour later we were still waiting for the kids food who only ordered kids chicken tenders and fries and a pepperoni pizza slice kids combo. After waiting over an hour they had to use the bathroom. I went into the bathrooms and they were completely disgusting. The toilets in every stall had horrible rings around them and I literally wanted to throw up. I would include a picture but I didn’t want to go back in to get a 2nd look. I was forced to allow them to use the bathroom to avoid them having an accident due to all 3 being under the ages of 7 years old . When we exited the bathroom the food was ready at 6:11. I wanted to just leave but after waiting for so long they wanted the food they waited for. I ended up not getting anything and would never step foot at this Rotolo’s location ever again. This totally caught me off guard. Hopefully they can hire workers that are willing to clean the bathrooms. I would like to add the waiter did acknowledge that we should have never waited that long for the food to come out.

I ordered the Fresh Timer Deep Dish pizza, which should have included Italian sausage, pepperoni, caramelized onions, garlic, and mozzarella. However, I wasn't able to see or taste any of these ingredients. I did add mushrooms and red roasted peppers as additional toppings, which were the only two ingredients we saw or tasted. It was not worth the $31 for a 10" pizza. This was not a good impression for a first-time customer.

The pizza’s was our favorite dish. Service was excellent given it appeared they were short staffed. Two gentlemen did amazing making sure all the customers were taken care of.
Took over an hour for a single order of cheese sticks.

As soon as we walked into the restaurant we were yelled at by Andrew saying that we could not come in with cups. our cups were mostly empty & we were going to throw them away once we were seated. He was extremely rude during the whole time we were in the rest of the time we were there. He would look at our table from the bar and roll his eyes. And he refused to run our food. Our server came back to our table 30 minutes after we ordered and was confused on wuy we didnt have our food. We saw him run every other table their food bit ours. Andrew also did not make my drink correctly. I actually enjoyed the food and the other server Zaree was very accommodating in spite of Andrew. He really left a bad taste in my mouth and i hope he does not represent the culture of Rotolo’s.

Rotolos is great. I have eaten there for years. This particular location was super nice and clean. But the food. It's like they forgot to put cheese on the pizza and undercooked it besides so I had this soggy soft pizza. Also, the parmesan bites have no parmesan or butter. Just dry little bread rolls. Come on rotolos, yalls other locations are great! This one is getting stomped by dominoes.

The food was not good. One guest Invited to dinner said their bbq burger was good, my other guest said their Mac & cheese burger was not good. She said the meat tested like freezer burn. The fries were good, though. My chicken Alfredo was cold. My two guests received their food about 10 minutes before I received mine. I was told they were waiting for the garlic nots to be done. If I would have known my pasta was just sitting there, getting cold while waiting for the garlic nots I would have said forget the nots. Also, I shouldn’t have to add a lot of salt and pepper to have flavor to my food. The waitress was nice and I could tell she was sincerely apologetic about the food taking too long. I probably won’t be back. Very unimpressed.

We were seated right when we walk in. We sat for 18 minutes and no one ever acknowledged us as 2 servers walked by numerous times. We left without food!
