ordered ahead of time ask if they had wings was told yes grandson can't eat bread so got hotwings paid for entire order needed ready for 830 said they definitely had wings well sent my Friend to pick up my order at 830 to find out they had no wings sold my wings I already paid for to someone else and didn't even let me know till 830 when I placed my order at 6 I would have canceled my entire order I'm furious crust for me for now on cause it's always out of wings , not cooked, ate something always something done

Food was good, but exceptionally greasy. So much grease under the pizza that I placed napkins in the to go box to absorb it Also, our waitress was good, but I did not appreciate having her talk to another customer about how she was with a group of nurses that came in to be waited on and said they were in a hurry. I guess she does not realize without these people she does not have a job

I love it here. Very family friendly environment. The restaurant has different board games you can play as a family. I would like to see them get the game Taboo!!!!

While it hasn't been a mission per se, I always seem to end up at Rotolo's when I meet friends for a meal and I always get the Waitress' recommendation. Today, our fantastic Waitress, Sade, recommended the BBQ Calzone. Great entrée! Made a happy plate. Sade kept the sodas filled and made sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely go back to that location.

I used to eat here alllll the time for yearsss. Today my office and I ordered from here as always. When i pick up my food and get back to the office we find out ALL THREE orders were wrong. So now i get to drive back after waiting on hold for OVER 7 mins. When i get back to the restaurant i find out MY food is messed up again and isn’t a cauliflower crust, which i have to have due to my Celiac Disease.
So in annoyance i just asked for a refund. The server and/or the manager didn’t even apologize for them messing up my food for a SECOND time.

I will never support this place again. My office and I probably have this place hundred dollars a week every week, never again!

Deep Dish Bacon Alfredo is definitely my favorite pizza here. The crust on the outside edges is like something I’ve never tasted before and is cooked to perfection. Came with balsamic glaze and the Alfredo sauce on the side.

Ordered two calzones to go. Only 4-5 ingredients each and paid nearly 40 dollars. We were charged for a cup of ranch and it was not placed in our order.

Multiple ingredients missing from what we ordered.

Poor quality ingredients, poor delivery on what we ask, and just a bad experience.

Didn't really nowhere to go. Didn't have any of the beers that I actually would have wanted. Service was kind of slow. Food was decent. Its acceptable for a local pizza place but far from the best.

If i wanted to listen to loud thug life type music i wouldnt go to a restaurant like rotolos! horrible atmosphere unless you like loud thug life music. also they barely put any toppings on my pizza. I will not be back here ever! Not for what they charge for little to nothing!

Absolutely horrible service! They brought 2 dishes to our table that we did not order and I didn't even get a chance to eat my dinner. They were still trying to fix it when we had to leave. Not one apology came out of Ryan's mouth for the service that we had received. I had to take my husband's drink up to the counter and ask for a refill not once or twice, but 3 times before Ryan took the time to actually do it. He was busy worrying about his to-go orders, but he was not concerned about the few people that were in the restaurant. Instead of actually just saying he was sorry for the service we received, he decided to see if throwing $4.80 at us made up for the terrible experience. It did not!!
