I ordered the double shrimp burger and it only had about 4 shrimps on it the ground beef no flavor and the ground beef was extremely huge dry just over defeated the bun I would not order here again .

Flavor That Hits Every Time! Roulās Deli definitely delivered! The Philly cheese steak fries were absolutely on point ā full of flavor and cooked just right. The shrimp had a great crispy batter that I really enjoyed; it was a little salty, but still really good overall. The seafood fries and egg rolls? Fire. Both are dishes Iād absolutely come back for again. You can tell they put care into their food. I canāt wait to try more of what theyāve got ā this spot might just become a regular for me!

So I've been eating here for years but with the new staff, I won't be returning. The young guy at the counter isn't hospitable at all. I often try to perk him up or lift his spirit, he's consistently very cold and nonchalant. I even left a tip to lift his spirit, stillāsame blank stare, dull attitude. He doesn't greet his customers and is not in a good mood day to day. I pray his situation changes for the better.
I ordered a shrimp burger 2 days ago and I have been suffering with a case of food poisoning since then. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location or likely at all to Roul's as the service and food has both combined left a good taste in my mouth yet a bad result in my body and spirit. Hope to see you improve this location as it's the original Roul's. Thanks.

Mannnnn I went to Roulās today by the college. A load of SLOP! The seafood egg rolls were tooooo cheesy all I tasted was cheese NOTHING else had I not saw the crawfish I wouldāve wondered if there were even there. I couldnāt eat more than a half of one. And the seafood fries were soooooo salty that I couldnāt eat more than two forkfuls. Itās a HARD NO for me! Itās for the kids, adult palates would never.

Food is pretty good. Unfortunately we had to wait 30 minutes to get it. They were out of ice so had to drink room temp cold drinksā¦but didnāt tell you that until after they charged you for drinksā¦Then a lady came from behind counter with a huge kitchen knife and started stabbing the ice to get it to come out (which didnāt work but looked crazy to me). And the place is crowded and dirtyā¦personally disappointed in service and place in general.
Oh my gosh, my new favorite place. EVERYTHING WAS SO YUMMY!!!

Eat here!!!! The burger patty was huge and the all around flavor was fantastic!! The onion rings were seasoned great! And the loaded seafood fries were phenomenal! They were crispy and they were actually loaded up good! This place is worth a visit! They don't skimp on anything, especially the flavor!!!
