1st time trying . Ordered the fried shrimp poboy & fries & had a sprite for my drink. Both shrimp & fries were fried to soft to my liking . Had I known I would’ve asked for more crisp. My sprite tasted funny , maybe the machine need a cleaning. The cashier was nice & quick , & the place was clean & inviting. I may be back & try something else.

I get the shrimp burger and crawfish eggrolls every time I'm in town and they never disappoint.
today and yesterday was my worse days the service was 10/10 love the girl in the front who taking orders she was so patient with us cause we had never been here before besides yesterday in let me tell you it was disgusting so much cheese and the loaded fries burgers was pink and then I payed for extra shrimp only got 5 shrimp I came back today to give them a second chance cause every one day it’s delicious but today again PINK BURGERS then it was made over twice literally doesn’t make any sense so if you want uncooked burgers come here to Rouls on plank and then it wasn’t just my burger it was 3 ppl who wanted a refund , then I over heard one of the customers say the manger and owner never there Service 10/10 Food 2/10
Burgers are pretty good, but if you wanna wait 45 minutes for a hamburger, good god. Never going back.

The service at the place is not so great. I went there about a week ago. The cashier attitude was bad, she acted as if she was mad about something. But overall, the chicken shrimp salad is delicious.
Parking: There are big and little holes all over the parking area.

I ordered through their website from Google search. My order was confirmed through email at 11:41am. I arrived at 12:02pm for pickup and gave my name to the cashier. After seeing multiple people come in, place an order, and receive their food, I realized I had been waiting 30 minutes. I approached the cashier again to ask about my order. She said another 15-20 minutes. I asked for a refund. She said she was going to get her manager. The manager explains that they didn't receive my order which I found weird because the cashier could have said that upon my arrival. The manager said give him 3 minutes to make my order, it took 10 minutes. The cashier drops the bag on the counter with my order in it, and says there you go in a very harsh and nasty tone as if I didn't just spend $43 and waited 44 minutes for my order. I'm never going back there. The food was good despite the horrible customer service.
