Finally got a chance to check this place out. Customer service was amazing. I tried the Shrimp Burger with bacon and pepper jack cheese. I also had the Crawfish egg rolls...those were AMAZING!!! I will definitely be back!!! If you're looking for a great bite to eat you gotta check this place out!!! Thanks Ezra for the great service!!!

I normally would brag about this place( O'Neal location) I've been eating here about once or twice a week for the past few years and absolutely loved this place. I would drive from Hammond just to get my bbq beef fries. Unfortunately the past few times has been nothing to brag about. The store has been filthy customer service is horrible I have had to wait for someone to finish smoking to come take my order and the food is never right anymore. And it's been this way for the past few months. Today I order my usual bbq beef fries no Jalapeño, I get home it's full of Jalapeño and no bbq sauce, it's pretty much all the time now the quality has gone to crap Mr. raul please get some people in there that care again ever since the two middle eastern girls left the quality has been horrible. This place was 1 of the only quality places in that area but it's going down quick

Food is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and personable. I highly recommend their food and their ice cream cup from the outside stand. Atmosphere is just okay and smells fishy.
If you’re looking for decent customer service, please don’t expect it here. I came here Monday at 4 pm and the inside was extremely nasty. Tables were dirty, stains everywhere and it just looked extremely unsanitary. The people working the register…(a woman and an older black guy), terrible customer service skills. They were texting the entire time while i was standing in front of the register waiting to order..just all over the place. The food was hot and fresh i will say that. The fries are amazing and the Philly cheesesteak rolls were decent. I’ll give them a 6/10 because you do get a lot and they’re a decent size just not anything spectacular.

Went here today on 4-1-2025 for lunch. I was overcharged, I said something about it immediately and was told that's the price even though it was plainly displayed differently in black and white on the menu. Won't be back due to this, prices are high enough already. Replying to owner: It was the platter 2 meat combo displayed at $15 & charged $16
