This is my husband and I first time eating here we both got loaded fries they are good but way to much cheese the cheese over powers the food please lay off the cheese the cheese makes 95% of the meal it’s insane

Hubby had the Roul burger mea; I ordered the Philly cheese steak pita. They serve meals with the seasoned fries and a fountain drink. Everything was cooked to perfection. I think we paid about $33 bucks or so... Definitely 10/10!!

I literally left early and drove 9 hours from Tennessee on my way to Houston just to make sure I had enough time to stop for the crawfish egg rolls. These are unreal. A must order

2 out of 3 burgers were wrong. They cannot read instructions , put wrong cheese left off condiments put a quarter size butt of tomato on 14 dollar burger. Also burgers were totally overcooked way seasoning was splotchy over the burger every bite was a hit or miss. Absolute mediocre and poor quality for $50 meal of burgers for our family. Cheese fries were the only good thing. Onion rings were not worthy of getting again, definitely do not know how to cook over at O’Neal

The food was good, and the cashier was friendly. However, we watched as ten people that ordered after us got their food before us. It took 36 minutes to get a burger and egg rolls.
I think our order was missed or given to someone else, and I was disappointed in the lack of communication from the staff on what was going on with our food.

The deli food is excellent but the building is hot and restroom unsanitary. Snowball stand outside took a long time, which was fine except they skipped numbers and then had a lot of white ice at the bottom of the cup.
