For my birthday, I ordered from Royal Taste of Jamaica, and it was truly unforgettable. I had the oxtails with rice, yams, and all the fixings, and every part of the meal was outstanding. The oxtails were tender and flavorful, the rice was perfectly seasoned, and the yams added just the right touch of sweetness. It reminded me of the comfort of rice and gravy from the South, but elevated with a rich Caribbean twist. Since it was my first time trying oxtail, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but I loved every single bite. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy authentic Caribbean cuisine.

Went here on a whim and loved every second of it! From the service to the scenery inside the restaurant, the melodic Jamaican music and the beautiful artwork.. and the food was great! Definitely visiting this place again soon!

I spent $30 for a large goat Curry but the portion was small. I asked for the guy up front could he add some more for me and he said no. After that i asked could I get a refund and he said no. I paid 30 dollars for a scoop of goat curry and a funky attitude. He also said I would pay 30 dollars and not ask white people anything.

Food was amazing and the owner was kind and engaging. He gave great recommendations. We had the goat with Mac and cheese and the ackee and salt fish. Definitely recommend everything. Was filling and you can taste the food was made with love and care.

Listen…this place is absolutely amazing. Coming from New York and coming across this place was meant to be. I don’t care what Keith Lee has to say or anybody else. THIS is the spot in Louisiana PERIOD!

The food was really good I had the chicken curry with a side of mango apple salad and rice and peas.the rice and peas went perfectly with my chicken curry. The mango apple salad was really refreshing and the juice that she made is really good she also gives big portions so you def won't be hungry after words she is also really funny most places dont interact with the customers like she do. They were games so you can have fun while you wait for you food to come out it didn't take long for it to come out either

The food was amazing. Very authentic, great flavor and spice. Jerk chicken was super moist and flavorful. The service was superior, felt like we were back on the island as soon as we walked in. The owners are very personable and friendly. Must try!!!!

My family and I visited Royal Taste of Jamaica and was very pleased. The food was full of authentic flavor. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. You can really feel the love and pride they put into their cooking. We enjoyed every bite and will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend!

My first time trying this place ….and this will be my last. $20 1/2 cup of rice two spoons of ackee and pieces of plantains. Y’all need to do better. Unoo fi stop ova charge people fi bullshit ‼️.

Went for lunch while I was on jury duty. The food was amazing. The jerk chicken was delicious. If the parking wasn't so difficult I'd go more often.
