Overall flavor was good. My friend ordered chicken and shrimp although that’s not what they received. The vegetables were under cooked. The noodles were really good though.

Been going one by one to the Japanese restaurants in Baton Rouge to see if any in this area taste the least bit Japanese. I was more disappointed by this than any other "ethnic" restaurant I've been to. Actually, one step further, I've been more satisfied by going hungry. The food here is essentially pre-cooked and frozen ingredients tossed around for a few seconds in soy sauce, then thrown on the grill. There was no teriyaki flavor to the teriyaki beef nor shrimp that I had, and the chinese-style fried rice (why is it chinese style, by the way?) was possibly the worst I've had. So far the best japanese restaurant I've found (not counting sushi-specific places) was the tokyo cafe, but even that has a very americanised taste to it with just a hint of vietnamese and chinese, which makes sense since the entire staff is chugoukujin and betonamujin. Writing this I do see an ichiban in the list, there's no way an ichiban can be bad, right? finding out next friday.

terrible experience - i ordered 2 chicken teriyaki with the main old lady being extremely rude. wasn’t given recept and lady immediately leaves. guy in front of me takes my order. when I try to explain the situation the main chef tries to argue with me about which is order is mine. old lady comes in and both start getting extremely angry and insult me and my girlfriend in front of us in chinese. I eventually just gave up and left with the food i was given. btw it tasted like dog food and there was barley any chicken. TLDR: rude staff who don’t care about customers, bad food

Basically dog food with soy sauce. The quality of the food they serve is just atrocious. Paid $11 dollars to get beef fat as chewy as bubble gum with none of the flavor.

I went here to pick an order up for Uber Eats. Lady asked to see my phone as if she was wanting to see the detailed order… no big deal so I show her my phone. She starts clicking stuff. When I pulled my back she took UPON HERSELF TO GIVE THE RESTAURANT A THUMBS UP DELIVERY! TO TOP IT OFF SHE STARTED MY DELIVERY! I LET HER KNOW HOW SHE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT! She shrugged her shoulders and didn’t care!! My husband said she did the same thing to him a couple weeks ago!

To be far the food has been amazing til today.they sold me food that smelled so sour it made your stomach sick and I was denied a refund.

This place has the best food ever! Always made fresh to order, always delicious, and always quick! The staff are friendly and hard-working. My only complaints are the app is kind of clunky, and the store is in the mall! If it was a standalone building I'd eat there every day or until I ran out of money. My favorite food in the world.

I love eating here. The food is made fresh right in front of you and I feel like this is a healthier alternative to fast food, plus the have a rewards program for frequent customers

Please don't look at the pics and think that's what you're getting. The spring roll is falsely advertised and others drink is overly sweet and the tall skinny guy on the line is very nice rude. The food is placed on the line where others are breathing on food and up close peeping over your food. The tall skinny guy has a attitude and he's throwing your food on your plate like you a dog. When you ask a question he act like he can't answer rolling his eyes. He's constantly pIcking in his nose and scratching his crotch. I'll never go here again. And I didn't eat the food after all this
