I'm extremely disappointed in your business.
We order some pizzas and had it delivered and they didn't even deliver half of what we ordered. We called your business and they told us we could come pick it up. We dont know where we are. On top of that the pizza they did give us is cold. This was our first time ordering for you and probably the last time. I understand you might be busy and all. The only reason we ordered and had it delivered is because we been traveling all day....read full review
Walk in and not greeted as 2 ladies behind the bar smiled and kept on with their conversation. Sat down and waited. In site of bar and everyone on shift. They congregated around bar talking and not paying attention. I had to walk up and ask if this is how they take care of their customers. Several of them on their phones no even paying attention. Got a less than enthusiastic server. No interest no concern.

Just left the Ferndale location. The server was quite uninviting and inattentive but Rick(who i believe was the chef) was amazing. Brought us plates and silverware, cleaned up my daughter’s spilt water, bussed our table and even packed our leftovers in a box. Tried to leave him a tip and he refused to accept. He’s wonderful and y’all are lucky to have him! Food was good as always

Schlittz & Giggles is a restaurant that provides a great dining experience for various ages. The Rustico wrap is a recommended dish, made with quality ingredients and offered at fair pricing. The garlic knots are particularly enjoyable, featuring a generous amount of garlic. Service is generally friendly and patient, although some experiences have noted uninviting and inattentive servers. The beer selection is criticized for being limited, but guests have mentioned that the beer is cold. Seating could use some improvement. The pizza, especially the BBQ pizza, has received positive remarks for its perfectly crisp thin crust and flavorful toppings, making it one of the best in Baton Rouge. The nachos are also highly recommended as a must-try.
