Servers stay busy and remembered our order, but saw they were frustrated because the orders weren’t coming out just right. They forgot to remove ingredients from one of our pizzas, and forgot to add one to another. Pizza was still good. We left satisfied.

The seating is limited but the vibe is good. I loved their wrap. The people I went with said the pizzas were good but a bit soggy on the bottom. The prices are decent for the location (tourism hub). We enjoyed watching the F1 races on one of the screens. The staff were very kind but could have checked in a bit more frequently.
Parking: Plan ahead for parking.
Kid-friendliness: We sat next to a family with 3 kids. The environment is kid friendly and the menu has kid friendly options.

This was my first time getting food from this location. Horrible location, horrible pizza, horrible service, never had this experience with pizza and customer service EVER. I ordered delivery and the food came cold, flat, and holey. So I drove to the location to return the pizza and get a new one. They gave us a new pizza with the crust still being burnt & hard. The lady who was working register in the front on 10/20/24 at 12am was really rude and disrespectful and had the audacity to ask us what is wrong with our burnt pizza. The manager was not helpful at all. Her first response was do you want a refund instead of considering to actually fix their mistakes on how they prepared a pizza for a customer and did not even apologize. I am a frequent customer who buys pizza from the location on Perkins so I highly recommend going to that location on Perkins where service and pizza is wayyyy different and much better than this location that has unmotivated people working there.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. We waited for a WHOLE HOUR for our food only to be told that our order wasn't even put in the system. Then they refused to give us our food after payment. Extremely rude manager and not experienced waitress. Did not get food, will not be going back.
I'm military, and this is my second time visiting the city (here on official business). My counterpart raved about the pizza the last time we were here. So, I thought I'd try it. Ordered a solo pizza, side salad, and half cinnamon knots. Tired, after a long drive/week, I decided to place an order for delivery. The order was delivered within the timeframe given, but I only received part of my order (the pizza only). Called the establishment and was told I needed to contact the Doordash driver, stating the driver had picked up the entire order. Basically that there was nothing else they could do. The Doordash driver, on the other hand, is not responding to my calls or texts. Called NUMEROUS times. And yes I gave the driver a 20% tip. First time for everything, bc this is definitely a first for me. To get service like this, makes me too nervous eat what was delivered, and I didn't. My last time trying this restaurant. That's for sure. Driver's name: Eboni J. Request a different driver if you get her.

WORST. The lingering aroma of brunt pizza braised a slight haze in the room. People congregated lost. Sit at a table, wait to be seated… finally we heard a guest say to sit where you can. Sat at a dirty table, unlucky table 13. Workers crisscrossed. Aria the bartender waitress approached one table. After 30 ‘minutes, we bussed the table we sat at. 15 minutes went across street to get drinks at another place and returned to the table. Aria refused to acknowledge or even glance in this direction. Other tables got up and left after ordering. People outside came and went - yelling for their orders. The tickets streamed all the way to the floor. They just grabbed them, shuffled, and mixed - back to work. Our drinks are empty (guess go back to the other bar). Just an abomination.
