From NY so my bar is high for pizza found this place and was a little nervous. But ordered the Kc bbq pizza it was amazing and was thin crust. Will be my go to for pizza when I’m in the area.

called and placed a to go order from work punched out and left work to get my food, got there and paid for my order plus a tip after waiting for 30 minutes was told that they didn't get my order although they had pulled it up and had me pay . I was then told that I could wait another 30 minutes which I could not so then I was told that they would credit my card bsck which they haven't yet so this whole runaround cost me about 55$ 40 for my time away from work and 15 for the pizza I didn't get thanks to the staff there for screwing up my lunch break in every way possible and then I got to go hungry for the rest of my shift thanks again for ruining my lunch break

Off and on busy day downtown. I had friends visiting from out of town, and they liked the name (hey, it's a silly name, serious pizza place, right!?) We arrived at 6:30 to a nearly empty place with dirty tables but we wiped them down. Service - 10/10. I wish I would have gotten her name, but we were her last table and she had put in a busy day. She was still all smiles and very conversational with the group. She was a delight and really probably earned two of the stars here. We put in our order, drinks came, and we settled in to wait. And then we waited more. We saw our server check with the kitchen and she nodded our way that she had poked the kitchen. So then we waited a lot longer. People had come after, eaten, and left. Finally she came back and said it had taken way too long, apologized, and they were comping our whole meal. (Of course we asked to be charged for a drink so she could get her appropriate tip - we aren't degenerates.) Then the manager came to reiterate the apology and our pies arrived. They didn't make excuses, they were honest it was a mistake and made it right.... i didn't know places still did that! I like NY style, so the foldable thin crust is my jam. I love the Kitchen Floor pizza because it's a little of everything and the toppings stay put. The others enjoyed the Big Pepperoni and said it was good. All in all, it's pretty on par with past experiences here, but the place could have been a bit cleaner, and the kitchen could have paid attention to the two pizzas we ordered. Staff and management made up for it which was great. I'll prob just stick to my late night pizza grab from now on, but it was an easy and good enough experience for us.

I placed an order around 11:am from the 3rd Street location. I my pizza was delivered and it was over baked and dried out completely. I called the restaurant repeatedly to complain about my pizza. The first few times it rang and rang. Later someone would pickup and immediately hang up on me. The food looked AWFUL!! And I'm sure they care less about hearing it. I won't ever order from them again. And have informed friends, family and colleagues to avoid them at all costs!!!!!

We were there for over an hour waiting on our food. They didn’t have their schlittz beer, all cokes were out and they didn’t have lettuce for a salad. And this was at 630-730 on Saturday night. Their garlic knots were good. Then they brought us the wrong personal pan pizza twice. So we asked for our check and paid for drinks and the app. We were excited to try this place but it was not worth it.

Service was horrible. Consistently overlook customers, specifically black customers. I have witnessed this on several occasions and it happened to me last night. Was waiting to order pizza slices for over 10 minutes. Other folks walk in after me, waitress eventually starts taking orders and completely disregard me. I step in to advocate for myself and she calls me rude in front of all the patrons, really? I walked out. After reading reviews I believe this establishment needs better servers and management. Most importantly, culture competency training.

The service was awful. I ordered online then went in to pick up the pizza only to be completely ignored. The manager himself walked by several times without uttering a word to me and when he finally said something it was to the couple standing behind me and still said nothing to me. When I did speak to someone I was told that my order wasn't ready even though it placed an hour earlier. Only to finally get my food that was cold. I will NEVER again visit this establishment.

This review is about the SERVICE. I've never had an issue at this establishment until today. I get that today was 225 day so I expected lines and wait times to be long. Which is why I decided to place an order online. I even expected there to be a wait with that. But a 2 hour wait for a 10" pizza is ridiculous, especially when you see people Leaving the restaurant with pizza before you. Customers acknowledged that I had been there way before them and all management could do was apologize and tell me to look around. Would not refund me my money. When asked for a complimentary slice of pizza for my children I was told I could have a free drink. lol ma'am. I'm def not parched, my children are hungry. If you were not equipped with enough staffing to handle the crowd, you should not have been open. Needless to say you get an LSU crowd twice the number of people you had today. The girl at the register continued to constantly direct me to the manager because couldn't handle simple questions such as "where is my food". The lady they had managing should not have been there because she is no good under pressure. Had the food been for me, I would have not made such a big deal. This was for my children whom she clearly seen in my arms. To offer me a glass of water after almost a 2 hour wait is fucking piss poor service. The pizza was good as always though.

this place is colorist , the only person that attempted to even help us was mixed and that was after I spoke up after 10 minutes of waiting. When we was seated we immediately left. The booth and the environment itself was very dirty can’t even imagine how the back of the place looked. Will never even attempt to come back to this place ever again.
