the new owner & employees; needs improvement on customer service. i received my snowball, noticed it was dry! when I received my second one I asked for more juice because the thing was white. i had two colors, so even the blue side still had white Ice showing.
now it has juice. this is how it looks after letting it melt & pushing the ice down

Definitely, without a doubt⊠the BEST snowballs in the city. Amazing flavors. I typically get Polynesian pineapple, mango, and/or peach. The customer service is always on point. Iâve been visiting since 2015 and quick to recommend. Also, if you like hot sausage poboys, you would love theirs. They only accept cash & cash app! Go and tell them Marshall âBossâ sent you.
