I went to this location a couple weeks ago and the situation was so annoying I had to come back and leave a review… I did a to go order but when I went inside to pick it up someone else picked it up before I got there.. 20 min later she asked what my name was and that’s when she said “I made it already” and I stated someone else must have grabbed it because I had been waiting there the whole time. There was even another persons order waiting on the shelf since right after I arrived… after sitting and waiting another 20 min (not even kidding) i decided to ask if she was remaking it or do I need to reorder? She just repeated “I already made it” … I said I want a refund so I could go because at this point I’m annoyed.. and I wasn’t even acting impatient and trying to be understanding…. I asked for an email so I can take care of it later and left… I emailed someone to get my money back and never received a response… y'all shouldn’t set customers to go orders out where anyone can come grab it… workers didn’t offer to remake it at all after I already paid for my food and tipped.. didn’t even seem like they cared and did not tell me the process to receive a refund on food I never got. luckily it was just $14 but I’ll never go to this location ever again.. what doesn’t sit well with me is the fact that they got a tip on my order and they absolutely would not have received one if it didn’t have me tip at the time the order was placed. At this point I’m mad about the situation and wanted to make sure I came back to leave a review after being ignored. Y’all can keep the $14 at this point.. the one on Lee drive is way better and never disappoints. I always have great service there! Below is my original email sent

I’ve visited this location a few times each time was great. Today my Smoothie was poorly blended . I kept chewing on a massive amount if fruit in my smoothie. Definitely a reason to not return unfortunately.

My first time at Tropical smoothie Cafe on Airline I stopped and got a Island Green smoothie w extra banana it was the best I waited about five minutes being there was two cars in front of me but when I got to the window the lady was so nice she explained everything as far as the points and was a great help I will be back if not later I'll be back tmorw my new smoothie spot

I can not stress enough how amazing Serops catering was this past weekend for an engagement party. Their shrimp/chicken pasta, green beans, and Muffaletta‘s were the best in Baton Rouge. Anything you want they can make! I don’t think people realize they make American food also for their catering. The portions were more than generous and the service was top of the line. Serops is my new go to for any food I need catered. They are the best in Baton Rouge! Call Serop’s cafe on corporate and ask for Sami!

Slow as molasses and my smoothie wasn’t blended correctly. I had literal chunks of kale and spinach in my smoothie. They normally aren’t like this. Very disappointed.

I have been to this location several times. I used to really like it but the last two times my yogurt bowls weren't the best. I ordered a green dream bowl on Tuesday, 5/7/24 at the drive thru. When I got home, I removed the sticker off the lid and noticed another sticker on the lid dated for 5/4/24 with "use by 5/6/24" on it. The server's name listed on the sticker was Kimberly H but I don't know who made the bowl. I assume the yogurt base was made on Saturday, 5/4/24 and given an expiration for a reason. Why would you all serve it after 5/6/24? I used to really enjoy these yogurt bowls but the quality and freshness is not consistent. I guess I'll have to go back to Smoothie King, Everbowl, or Playa Bowl.
The smoothies and salads are good, however the customer service not that good, slow service and poor communication. The employees seem unhappy.

Store is very clean and the employees were nice and took my order very quickly. I ordered the 3 chicken bacon ranch wraps that were very fresh, 2 had a side of kale slaw which was delicious and 1 had a side of jalapeño corn which was even more delicious. The smoothies are larger, fresher, and more flavourful than anywhere else I've tried.

The lady serving us had an attitude. She didn’t give me my appetizer when I asked for one and everyone else at the table heard me. The lamb taste like it’s spoiled and the chicken it’s dry. The place was very empty.

Ordered through MajorMenus, a delivery service.+ an employee called me to let me know they were out of the drink I wanted and let me choose a different one-When I opened my bag, WHICH WAS TIED IN A KNOT, a FLY FLEW OUT and my salad box was NOT CLOSED. I'm nervous to eat it.Asked for extra pita, hummus, and dill sauce. My salad dressing can in a big container, but I got the tiniest little container of hummus for ALL my extra pita. That doesn't make sense...
